Cons:

Hotel cancelled booking and change booking to sister hotel, but not provided them with correct information as our initial initial booking was for 3 persons, but sister hotel expected that for 2 only.
We solved problem finally, but such attitude is not respectful

Det meste var bra vi skulle bare sove på hotellet.
God frokost og hyggelig resepsjonister

Cons:

Sengegavelen på rommet var veldig slitt noe som gir et dårlig inntrykk.
Det var en fast dure lyd hele natten på rommet.

Hotellet acceptere ikke service hunde.
Pros:

sengen var fin og personalet var venligt mens de afviste mig.... hvis du ikke er bruger af en service hund er stedet sikkert fint.

Cons:

Jeg skulle betale gebyr for min servicehund.

Jeg blev smidt ud af morgenmads buffeten og måtte sidde i receptionen imens min ven hentede mad.

Dette er imod antidiscrimination's loven som forudsætter at man ikke må diskriminere pga handikap. jeg var meget ulykkelig og det var heldigt at vi kun skulle overnatte en nat.

Værelsegulvet var beskidt fra andres kæledyr.
