En svært skuffende opplevelse fra start til slutt. Rommet var slitt, skittent og dårlig vedlikeholdt, flere ting fungert

Ærlig talt: ingenting. At dette markedsføres som et 4-stjerners hotell er nesten utrolig. I mange andre europeiske land ville et rom i denne tilstanden neppe blitt vurdert til 2 stjerner. Rommet var slitt, skittent og dårlig vedlikeholdt, og kjøleskapet fungerte ikke engang. Standarden var rett og slett langt under det man forventer når man bestiller et 4-stjerners hotell.

Breakfast buffet was amazing really well done. Staff were excellent.

Room was small but comfortable.

Could have done with a tea/coffee making facility in the room. Was a substantial way away from Oslo.
