Hotel cancelled booking and change booking to sister hotel, but not provided them with correct information as our initial initial booking was for 3 persons, but sister hotel expected that for 2 only.
We solved problem finally, but such attitude is not respectful

Det meste var bra vi skulle bare sove på hotellet.
God frokost og hyggelig resepsjonister

Cons:

Sengegavelen på rommet var veldig slitt noe som gir et dårlig inntrykk.
