My experience at ravel hotel was perfect the room was clean. the staff is very professional especially Assistant Manager Jaidev Gupta. His customer service is unmatched. It was a pleasure staying at RAVEL HOTEL.

Room was smelling bad I have to check out in the night and leave
The hotel was acceptable overall, but it did not meet 4-star standards. Cleanliness could be improved, and while the room had the basic necessities, it felt fairly minimal. The heating system struggled to properly warm the room. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious. Unfortunately, soundproofing was poor—we were woken up around 3 a.m. by people talking in the alley, as noise travels very easily.

And the nobs for the shower were flimsy to get any hoy water to start going.
The room was cute and got a nice view of the Empire State Building
Although the room was cute and the view was nice, the room was freezing cold and the shower water would do this weird pulling thing and then shooting back out at you. Then there was absolutely NO STAFF ever. Delivery men came in and out of the hotel with no checking in with staff, etc.
