Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room.

Cons:

15 minutes walking to any closest subway stations. We didn't have any safety trouble when walked from the subway station to the hotel around 1AM. But the street was so empty.
The noise from the car park.
The shower was so weak and mixed of cold and hot water sometimes.
The rooftop closed during my stay.

Pros:

Noise next to a club - music starts from midday until 10 pm and after that weddings and guests making noise all night. The room is not soundproof. Smoke from cigarettes also going inside the room .

Very noisy room with club next door playing music non stop

We checked in around 2 pm on Saturday and the Summer Club next door already had music at full blast. Our room was facing the Summer Club and when we were inside the room it felt like the music was blasting in the room. We asked to be moved to another room but because the entire place was booked out for multiple weddings had to stay in the room with the super loud music. Closer to the evening (Around 10 pm) we inquired at reception what time the Club would stop playing music and were told midnight. We could not move rooms and had to watch tv on super loud volume and even that did not help. I spent 5 hours in the room wearing noise cancelling headphones but knew I would not be able to stay up til Midnight as I was unwell and we had a travel day the next day. No where on the website or before booking does it say that there was a club next to the room playing music all day non stop. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told the music would stop at 10. Luckily it did but the soundproofing in the room are so terrible that we could hear the wedding guests outside the room and walking around/coming back from the wedding all night. If you want a restful night do not stay at this hotel. Its very noisy.

Pros:

The room was lovely, and the front desk staff was great.
The AC/HEATING UNIT was so loud. I had to wear my bose headphones in order to sleep.

Dirty ice machine, not a secure building, messed TV, Stains on the bed, loud music on the top floor, you can hear everybody’s door slam shut through the hallways
