Dear/Madam,

I was at the site but I did not like behaviour of the staff when reach on site I was told to pay £100 and I did not have i compulsory went to cash Machine to pick the money. that was not fair I did ready paid for my stay.

when I left in the morning I gave them key back the same lady sent her colleague to go in the room to see the condition before she gave me my money back. while i was waiting for her colleague I saw 5 people who slept the same room they handed their key and left she did not ask her staff to check the room the way she treated me so that was direct discriminations'' I have travel the world never seen that kind behaviour in any hotel'' is my intentions that I will never book that kind of hotel with poor understanding.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the property was fully booked and that I would need to stay at another hotel located five minutes away. I explained that I was not happy with this arrangement and requested a refund. However, I was told that I would need to contact Booking.com directly, as the hotel could not assist me.

As I had no other option at the time, I accepted the alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, the nearby hotel was in a very poor and unacceptable condition. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the cleanliness was extremely poor, and the room was very cold. This experience was far below reasonable standards.

Not really the hotel's responsibility (apart from improving sound insulation) but stay spoiled by selfish people in adjacent room shouting at 3am.
