Room with ants and strong chemical smell
Pros:

Staff was helpful and accommodating. On one instance one of the staff was not helpful.
I asked something about parking and the guy didn't even move from his place to help which i didn't like.

Cons:

There were small ants in the room everywhere. Kids were screaming all the time as you see the ants everywhere. The finishing in the room was just bad. It is 2 star ofcourse but you neef to invest in your property .
The room was very smelly. It smelled like chemicals.
If you talk about beds, they were very old and the springs are making all kind of noises.

Not A SECURE HOTEL TO STAY IN !!!!

On Returning to my Room ,at 2 am on a Sunday morning, TO FIND THE SECURITY TRAP I SET, HAD BEEN BROKEN, I DIDN'T ENTER THE ROOM, I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE RECEPTION, TO REPORT, MY ROOM HAD BEEN ENTERED WHILE I WAS OUT, THEN, ME AND THE RECEPTIONIST WENT BACK AND ENTERED THE ROOM, £50 STOLEN, I THEN REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE, A CRIME REF # WAS GIVEN. I WANTED TO CANCEL A 2 ND BOOKING, AS THIS HOTEL ADVERTISED, FREE CANCELLATION, THEY REFUSED ! I KEPT THE 2 ND BOOKING, I SET 5 SECURITY TRAPS, ON RETURNING TO MY ROOM,YET AGAIN, THE ROOM HAD BEEN ENTERED WHILE I WAS OUT, AGAIN, I REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE, 2 OFFICERS ARRIVED, VIEWED MY SECURITY TRAPS !! THEY COULD SEE ,THE TRAPS WERE BROKEN. AVOID THIS HOTEL, IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS AND PRIVACY !!!!!!!!!!

Easter weekend

Area was already known.

Cons:

As a family of 5 originally we were offered 2 rooms in different levels. However the key of the second room did not work properly and we were given another room on the same level with the first room. But unfortunately this room had a very strong odour like public toilet. This was noted to the staff who came to check the room and agreed that there was a odour and offered us a room air- freshner spray. Apologetically telling us that they were fully booked and they were sorry for this inconveniences. So, we had to manage with the spray as we didn't have time to book accommodation from elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, I TRAVELLED WITH MY FAMILY FOR A HOLIDAY , NO VALUE FOR Money HERE
Pros:

Hotel is approximately 10 mins walking distance from Ilford station, this is the only thing I liked about the property .

Cons:

There are many infact all of it.

Staff do not respond to your requests, they are putting the blame on other teams, I travelled with my family and there was no hot water flow in the shower area due to which we had to stay without shower for 2 days
