Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

Det var bussholdeplass foran døra

Cons:

På bade kunne man ikke dusje for det var feil med dusj kabinett måtte vente 2 dager på å få dusje og bytte rom. Det var mye støy og brøk anbefalt ikke å booke der. Det ble ikke gjort rent på rommet etter 2 dager for de ren gjør det etter 2 dager ikke vær dag. De hadde tv på rommet men uten kontroll som man kan ikke bruke tv og det var ikke en vifte når det var så varmt og ikke hårføner heller.

I will not be booking this hotel on my next trip to ILFORD
Pros:

Dining room area was perfectly clean. Standard breakfast cooked.

Cons:

We were greeted by the dirty stain on the reception area and the trail of the dirt went through to the corridor going to the back rooms. Staff used the white guest towels to remove the stains the following morning. The bathroom light kept us awake when the bathroom was used during the night.

It was good clean, comfy apart from one the bed.
Pros:

Big room, clean and tidy.

Cons:

Due to the hot weather could of done with a fan, there were no extra pillows.
One of the bed mattress was just so springy and uncomfortable to sleep.

Very bad experience

Location is good. The reception did not ask for the breakfast

Cons:

It is summer time and hottest weather , and temperature was so high, but there was no fan , no AC in the room when I had to stay at the hotel. I got headache in the morning and whole night was so horrible, hot and miserable. The reception did not take care of the guests and did not provide the fan. I went down from second floor to the reception many times asking for fan, and the reception said to wait and did not provide. They were laughing when I checked out in the morning. I also checked out early because of headache and low blood pressure. They did not offer any breakfast .

Room was very very hot, there have no any air-conditioning system. They said free parking but there have no enough space for parking. They do not surve tee bag coffee bag kettle in the room.i go reception and i took it. Stuff was ok but there survice is very very very poore.
