Request for Compensation Due to Multiple Service Issues


Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a hotel stay I booked via your platform. The following issues significantly impacted my comfort:
The shower door was faulty and did not close, causing water leakage.
The room temperature was unbearably hot, and despite multiple requests, a fan was only provided the next day.
The TV in the room did not work, and staff were unable to fix it.
Room cleaning was only done on the first day; no cleaning occurred for the next three days.
Given these problems, I kindly request a partial refund or some form of compensation. I hope you will address this promptly.

This Sunday's stay was very unpleasant especially the housekeeping staff, very unprofessional
Pros:

The hotel is nice and affordable

Cons:

Firstly, this time I was offered a room without a lock. I had to go up and down 3 times from another building to tell them the lock is broken for them to believe it. Next, I was offered a good big room. There was no TV remote, no electric kettle no cups but we asked the kettle and cups later.

Also, the housekeeping just enters the room without even knocking the door and before the checking out time. I find this unacceptable and a serious violation of guest privacy. And this thing happened to me 3 times times while staying there on different days.
