You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Cheap price, toilet was nice! You get what you pay for. If you pay £33 for a room, you cant expect boogie, it was ghetto and that was okay

Cons:

Mattress was quite cheap and boney, with the mattress topper being thin sheet. A small cursive argument happened at the start between some homeless couple and the receptionist, who was very apologetic. 100 deposit that can take anywhere from 5-14 working days is crazy as the room isnt even worth this price, with how ghetto the inside is as well, not completely convinced theres £100 worth of damage u could make. When the wind blew, my door would rattle, and the radiator makes a terrible clicking noise all throughout the night.

Too small for tall people
Pros:

Good Location, friendly helpful staff, clean room, competitive price for ensuite

Cons:

The bed must have been the smallest standard double bed size in the UK 6" length, 183 cm which was very uncomfortable because I am 6" tall, so my feet were hanging out up above the ankle, and so was my wife who is 5"7.5'.

Pros:

Parking directly outside. Friendly staff. Easy access quick response for last min stay

Cons:

Short stay one night. Only issue was that we paid good price for room, but had to pay £100 deposit and takes long to return but we paid a lot more than what room was worth.
