Please note, guests booking 3 rooms or more, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 30 days, 50% of payment will be taken immediately after the booking. The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

This property will place an authorization on credit and debit cards for incidental charges for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the hotel staff. Instead of a courteous handover, the room key was thrown across the desk. Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant odor and was not clean. The beds were noticeably worn, with displaced springs. Additionally, essential amenities were lacking, as there were no hygiene products or a waste bin in the toilet, and no kettle was provided in the room.

The bathroom were across the corridor and the key wouldn't work couldn't lock it to have a shower
Staff was very difficult with me it had been an emergency stay it was nearly 2 in the morning I had booked from booking .com They weren't going to let me stay till I presented some documents. I mean I know there are rules but please that time of the morning they could see I was stressed cold, and frightened a single women on her own and they even threatened to call the police on me. If I was not desperate for a bed for the night i would of walked out.
