Very poor quality mattress, staff rude , dirty rooms ,couldn’t sleep.
Pros:

The location close to my meeting place. But it was not in a hotel standard ! they put me into other building around Conner , 100 meter away . The rooms are very basic and poor decor .

Cons:

When I checked in, they placed me in another residential house about 100 meters away from the hotel—I wasn’t in the main building. The mattress was sunken and of very poor, cheap quality; I could feel every spring under my back. Since I couldn’t sleep on it, I called the receptionist. He was extremely rude and said I could change rooms the next day, but that all mattresses were in the same condition. Then he hung up. I called again later because I still couldn’t sleep on that terrible mattress. Another person answered, and he moved me to a different room in the main building at around 2 a.m., where the mattress was normal. I finally went to sleep at 3 a.m. The next morning at 7 a.m., a woman banged on my door and shouted at me, saying she needed to move me to a smaller room because I was in a family room. I told her that the previous person had said I could stay in that room for the two nights I had booked, so she didn’t change my room. I only slept for four hours. I don’t understand why these people were so angry. ‘ maybe too many unsatisfied customers. The girl who checked me in said she know that mattress had problems, she thought they have changed it . It is really bad someone could charge people London hotel rate to let people sleeping on tha poor quality cheap mattress. It’s look like run down cheap rental property !

Pros:

Dirty, noisy , didn’t have the room so got moved to a hotel and if they say they need a £100 security deposit do not pay it. It has taken 30 days to go back onto my card. Lure you in with a cheap price then hold £100 from you for a month.

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the hotel, safety concerns, and an overall atmosphere
Pros:

The location was convenient for an event we were attending as well as parking availability.

Cons:

The property was in an extremely poor state of repair and felt unsafe. The bathroom had peeling silicone, cracked tiles and rusty fixtures, there were damaged electrical sockets, the window would not close properly, and the curtains had been crudely stapled onto the rail fittings. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below expectations, including a neglected fish tank in reception containing dirty brown water. There also appeared to be someone effectively living in the reception area throughout our stay, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and insecure. In addition, we were not informed at check-in that a parking voucher needed to be displayed to avoid a £100 fine, despite staff taking our vehicle registration details. Thankfully we spotted the sign in the car park and requested one.
