Luton Hotel

Good and straightforward overnight stay before Luton Airport. Staff very helpful. Premises tired but everything seemed to be working.

Was decent for one night, very humid and stuffy in the room and couldn’t open the window.
Weird smell in the corridors but a decent place for one night.

Hotel bathroom was a little dated but they provided shampoo, shower gel etc. Safe parking and locked gates overnight. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Only required the room for 1 night but would not like to stay much longer if having to eat out etc as didnt really like the surrounding area.

Very disappointed. Pictures on booking website are misleading and do not reflect the state of the hotel. No bar in the hotel. Bathroom shower flooded everywhere, shower curtain was missing, shower bottom broken. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, a very thin rolled mattress that you could feel all the springs in and no support, was like sleeping on a pull out sofa bed. The room we were placed in 222 was very noisy with traffic from the road, felt dark, dull and dirty.only one mug for 2 people. The only thing that I could rate was the car park was locked overnight. Facilities and hotel very misleading and disappointing. Will not recommend or return.

Beds were either like concrete or you could feel every spring, nice bathroom clean and pleasant enough room just the beds spoiled it

Great budget stay, located within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and shop.

The hotel was definitely not as advertised! It was horrible with stained carpets, rags at the window, rusty radiators and dilapidated interiors and a very strong smell of horrible cleaning products. I decided to leave the hotel without staying.

The bedroom was nice and clean, the bathroom requires a little TLC, hole in bathtub, sealent around shower. But saying that the bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep.

Staff very accommodating and kind to ensuring stay was 10/10.

This is a great option if you are staying in the area for a flight and want to do so on a budget. It was clean and the staff were nice. The facilities were in line with the price I had paid. I would stay again if i have an early flight in the future.

Lovely room, but the area is a bit iffy. As a solo woman I wouldn't have walked to a pub etc in the evening. Only thing I'd change is to have a bath rarher than shower.

A good value hotel for a one night stay.

The room and hall ways could do with a bit of cleaning, very pungent old smell.

Wasnt too happy with this booking as i was charged an extra £34 to pay at the property although the money was took from my bank days before we arrived. This was queried and was told by hotel.com that the hotel was incontrol of this. In my eyes its wrong as hotel.com should not allow hotels take money as they please and then refuse to give a refund for the £34 over charged fee to pay at property, had asked for our booking to be amended to 3 twin rooms and 1 double. This wasnt honoured when we got there we had 3 twin rooms and one woth 3 single beds . This still hasnt been resolved from any end. When we arrived at the property there wasnt even space for the 2 cars on the carpark so one car had to park down the road on a public carpark. Entering the hotel it just smelt of cigarettes. We had 4 rooms under 1 booking and was all put on different levels none of us was even close together. On entering the rooms they were cleaned to a very low standard. The shower trays were not clean at all and whole room felt dirty. If there was another option we would not of slept there but everywhere was full due to being reggaland weekend. Its not a place we would ever stay at again. Hotels.com really let us down with this one and the room wasnt exactly budget price either. Has put me of using hotels.com now to be honest as i felt they didnt support me as a customer with resolving the issues and kept telling me to speak to the hotel whichnwas hard to get through to an the persons english wasnt gd

Very noisy with people banging around in rooms/corridor all night and uncomfortable bed! Bathroom had hairs still left in the shower tray

Convenient for central stay in luton.
But very noisy with guest's not taking consideration for other guests.1 guest in court yard carpark for over an hour shouting on his telephone . And banging of doors .i felt it was a hotel used for the homeless and other private clients.

Had a small spider in the room on our bed and the room smelt, the rooms were dated and dirty not a great stay

The location is within walking distance to the town centre and the football ground.
The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms are clean but could do with the shower units being updating.
I would stay here again
