Benmiller Inn & Spa

The room itself was a bitter disappointment. The heat in the room had not been turned on, room temperature was 10 *C on arrival. The room itself had barely room to move around, small closet, no place to put suitcases, plastic glasses in bathroom. Very cold there as well. All Amenities were substandard. Ceiling in bathroom showed water leakage and rust with grime and soap build up on the shower
metal hanger. Truly a disappointment for what was expected to be a comfortable warm room.

On a manqué d’électricité, durant la nuit, nil faisait froid et mon mari n’a pas pu utiliser son CPAP pour dormir!!!! Donc on n’a pas bien dormi et on devrait avoir un dédommagement!
Puisque c’était payé par Booking, on n’a pas pu demander!
J’utiliserai moins souvent booking pour des hôtels pour cette raison!

The double mattress was old and pretty much worn out,
And offered little spring or comfort.

When I asked for an extra coffee pod as (there were only two in the room) I was informed I would have to pay for them which seemed unnecessary as there are no shortages of hotels who will gladly give you an extra coffee or two or three.

The pool temperature was cold considering that it was supposed to be heated. The hot tub didn't have very strong jets but it was nice and hot! Our spa package ended up being cancelled due to staff not being able to get in to work due to roads being closed due to nasty weather.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne war rutschig und zum baden nicht ansprechend.
Ausserdem wäre es Zeit für neue Vorhänge, diese sind leider beim waschen eingegangen und verzogen.

Hotel stay was great..probably wouldn't return to restaurant. Food seemed dated. Stuffed mushroom were not good ..my chicken was dry. Husbands lambshank was very good. It was hot..there was a floor fan. Server was great.

The pool was freezing cold and the sauna out of order

The sidewalks were covered in ice with no salt or sand...I fell extremely hard, hit my head and back on ice on our way back to our room after dinner....still sore

We were placed in a rm above the pool that was musty the first night but changed to another rm that night no spa features were provided as we had pd for ,bed was comfortable but lost internet with no TV. In morning the shower had no water turned on so we canceled our second day stay. We were reimbursed after a few days,had to travel to other building back and forth from outside in the rain but was not told of a convention going on to be placed in other building off site. Buildings and rims very dated. Some of the staff were not very friendly and condescending. Beautiful area but not worth the money except for the food it's outstanding.
