Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good sized room.

Cons:

Handicapped access is non-existent. It is a spa but access to the spa or pool/hottub is by way of staircase only. That is unacceptable for handicapped customers.

It is nice to see the sites and the property.

Cons:

Walking back to river mill building was a little dangerous as there was no lighting to walk along the pathway and the highway. Maybe solar lights that sit higher up

Beautiful area, very scenic

Cons:

Bed bugs, water ran yellow/brown, couldn't open windows because screens were either missing or broken, good was mediocre

The setting is lovely. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

In general the hotel and facilities are looking tired and dated. More care is required in window cleaning and balcony maintenance, for example.

Pros:

We stayed there for 1 night. We booked through booking.com and the price point was good. It is a beautiful and peaceful property. Though reviewers mentioned that there is no cell phone service, their wifi is good enough. Would definitely recommend

So Sad .... So disappointed
Pros:

The main dinning room had cob webs hanging between the light fixtures on the wall.
the dirt in the sliding door screen was horrible as the interior door slide was gross.
tv was not working and a call had to be placed.
No stir sticks for coffee, no bottle water in room.
Bathroom glass ware was filthy,
This was really sad, alot was going on in life and needed down time and relax, the Inn did not meet it's advertising .
