The location is peaceful
Old worldly charm
The air-conditioning could not cope with the heat both nights it was 30 degrees Celsius and we couldn't get the temperature down below 30c
Good food, friendly and helpful staff, lovely building and grounds
In-room phones did not work, spotty internet and wifi

Lots of history and beautiful landscape surrounded by nature
The location for us was good as we were attending a wedding close by. We enjoyed the pool, and walking around the grounds. The staff were very friendly, and reading about the history was very interesting
Not a huge thing, but we were unable to leave our window open, as the screen had not been installed
Had an issue when checking in with one of our rooms the one room wasn’t cleaned so had to be placed in another room and the other had mold and air conditioning problems. They said they were having issues with housecleaning. Told me they couldn’t help as I booked through Expedia and was told to call them. I did call Expedia and they reached out to Benmiller via phone and email several times with no response. I also called Benmiller and also have had no response. Poor customer service.

Unique setting, beautiful gardens
The outside needed to be cleaned, spider webs everywhere. The Inn is very nice but needs to be updated some.
Great vibe but the “mill building” we stayed in is definitely in need of some extra up keep, like the windows on the out side were very dirty and lots of spiders etc. It’s expected being by the river but I feel it should be up kept better. Also we got to our room and the Air conditioner wasn’t working but they did switch us rooms to an upgraded room on the river for the inconvenience. Great people and really nice quiet vibes but just needs a little more details to the buildings and property.
The breakfast was excellent . The place is cozy and beautiful
This booking was for a one late night stopover before heading back home in the morning. The room was furnished nicely and very clean. Beautiful location near Goderich.

Rooms had mold in the shower, hair all the bathroom, and management was very rude and ignorant when addressed
