קודם כל סגרתי עם ביטול בחינם והסתבר לי שהביטול הוא רק שבועיים מראש , אחרי 13 ימים וחצי ביקשתי מהם לבטל ופשוט סורבתי , ניסיתי לדבר ולהסביר שהזיזו לנו אך הטיסה ל6 בבוקר ושאנחנו עם 2 תינוקות ושיהיה לנו נוח יותר לישון קרוב לשדה התעופה אבל נתקלנו באטימות .
מעבר לזה המלון עצמו מאוד מיושן ולדעתי לא שווה את המחיר

Cómoda aunq un poquito cálurosa

Cómodo si tranquilo también, y bonitas instalaciones pero solo la recepción las habitaciones x lo menos la q me tocó no tanto

Cons:

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador cosa q me causa curiosidad porq estando en una zona costera el calor es fuerte x ende debiera tener, no se si es que el aire es centralizado pero pude descansar

Très bon séjour à Sorrento, pratique et agréable
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits à l’Ulisse Deluxe Hostel avec ma mère et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’établissement est plutôt bien situé, à quelques pas du centre de Sorrento, tout en étant un peu à l’écart, ce qui permet d’être au calme. Il est aussi proche de la marina, un endroit très agréable pour se promener et profiter des restaurants.

Le personnel à la réception a été très sympathique, accueillant, et parle un peu français. Ils nous ont également donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. La réception ouverte 24h/24 est un vrai plus, surtout lorsque l’on arrive tard comme nous.

La chambre était propre, agréable et confortable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages le dernier jour sans frais.

L’hôtel propose également des excursions pour Capri et la côte Amalfitaine à des prix intéressants, avec l’avantage d’un pick-up directement à l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pratique.

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Sorrento et les environs !

Cons:

Notre chambre manquait un peu de luminosité et était assez sombre, mais comme nous étions surtout à l’extérieur pendant la journée, cela ne nous a pas dérangées plus que ça.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the facilities were excellent and everything was well organized.

The location was also perfect, very close to the city center and convenient for everything. The breakfast was delicious with many good options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
