Pros:

Хороший вариант для размещения на пару ночей. Недалеко вокзал и все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В номере чисто. Очень хорошая уборка! На ресепшен есть возможность выпить кофе/чай. Оптимальное соотношение цена/качество!

Cons:

Шумоизоляция очень слабая. Слышно все, что происходит в соседнем номере.

Hotel bien ubicado cerca de la estacion de tren, Santa Maria Novella, al lado de Mercado Central, se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares emblematicos de Florencia, personal muy amable, al desayuno cafe y te de gentilezas.

Cons:

Nada, solo por decir algo, el ascensor es pequeño si vas con mucho equipaje, o viajan varias personas como era mi caso en familia eramos cinco, pero nada grave, solo deberas hacer mas viajes.

Pros:

We liked that the place is close to the station, and few mins walk to the touristy spots, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, lovely and very helpful staff especially Andrea! They also keep your room tidy everyday and change your towels after 3 days, there is also fridge, dryer, safety box, there is also enough space for you to workout your luggages, and your shopping items, we had a double room and the bed is comfortable. If you also want to leave your luggage they also offer that which is good for people coming in early for check-in rather than leave it in a luggage storage. Will definitely recommend.

Cons:

Probably a bit loud since there was no AC we had to open the windows the hotel is beside the road you can hear cars, motorcycle passing and people chatting with their loud voices in the middle of the night but other than that no complains.
