Pros:

Lovely room, great amenities, team were great. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. Will certainly return.

Pros:

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable.
L'équipe est top et sympathique.
Porte de chambre en face de l’ascenseur, un peu bruyant du coup. Il y a pas de coupe circuit avec la clé de chambre, tout peut rester allumé pendant des heures en cas d'oubli.

Juste une petite remarque sur le Check-in. Pas compris le principe de refuser rentrer dans le dortoir avant 17h, en sachant, que les lits étaient déjà libèrés et il n’y à pas forcément de ménage qui est fait dans ce type de chambre. Surtout, que je voulais moi même mettre mes draps. Cela a vraiment gâché le début de mon séjour, surtout que c’était court ( juste 2 nuits) . Cela m’a empêché de profiter mieux de ma journée là bas

I’d stay here again, for sure! Great location and price for what you get. Excellent views and wonderful restaurants right outside your doorstep. Onsite breakfast isn’t the best but that doesn’t matter since there are great options everywhere.

I have stayed in a lot of hostels in Europe Asia, South America, Australia and this is easily my favorite

10 bed dorm, very spacious with kitchen and fridge inside which was very useful. Nice and clean with added bonus of gym + sauna and friendly staff.
Excellent storage space for lockers and nearest ski lift 2 minutes walk

Court séjour mais absolument magnifique
La déco de l’hotel est très sympa, soignée et de bon goût, tout à l’air neuf
La chambre est très spacieuse, toilettes séparées, salle de bain avec vraie douche italienne
Bonus, une petite terrasse vue montagne, très calme.
Le personnel a été adorable, m’a autorisé à garer ma moto sur le parking du personnel pour la nuit (bien qu’il y avait un parking juste en face, mais elle était à l’abri des regards) et m’a préparé un petit déjeuner sur mesure excellent. Vraiment rien a redire, tout était parfait
