Szép küsejű hotel a tengerparton
Pros:

Közvetlenül a tengerparton helyezkedik el, csak az úton kellett átmenni.Volt privát strand a tengerparton. A hotel kertjében egy nagymèretű, kényelmes úszómedence ágyakkal, napernyővel. Jó étterem, finom ételekkel. Közel volt a város, de mégis csendesebb, nyugodtabb helyen van a hotel és van saját parkolója.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában állandó, büdös csatornaszag volt!!
Sem a furdőszobaban, sem a szobában nem volt fogas, törölközőtartó!!! A vizes furdőruhákat, törölközőket nem tudtuk hova teregetni!!!

Pros:

L emplacement à 10 minutes à pied de Cefalù et l excellent buffet du petit déjeuner et la gentillesse de la dame qui s en occupe. La piscine est profonde et très agréable . La magnifique vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Apparemment c est normal. Le fait de devoir payer 10 Euro par jour et par personne pour bénéficier de chaises longues à la petite plage privée de l Hôtel et également de payer pour les serviettes de bain pour la piscine. . Parking non inclus également 15 Euros par jour.Le prix par nuitée de ce trois étoiles est donc trop élevé si ces services ne sont pas compris.

Dissapointing, so we left.
Pros:

The location on the beach was nice, but it was quite a walk to the old town. It felt a bit isolated. The pool was nice.

Cons:

Lots. The aircon never worked properly and the room never fell below 26C, despite me telling reception a few times. The sliding door to the lovely sea view balcony kept coming off its slider. Again I reported it a few times to no avail. Even though we had paid for 2 nights, we left after 1. We were glad to leave. A shame really as this could be z fab hotel.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement où nous nous sommes bien reposés autour de la piscine et avons fait un belle déco
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable avec du personnel charmant et très attentionné. Très propre.

Cons:

Le mobilier aurait besoin d’un rajeunissement. Manque de prise dans la chambre. ( seulement 2 déjà occupée par les lampes de chevet.

Hotel which knowingly misleads its clients by saying there is private beach access and refuses to take responsibility
Pros:

The location close to the beach is good in theory but the beach was not useable as while the hotel in its website and its communication directly to me promises use of equipped beach, and even confirmed when I asked to book it known it involved extra cost - turned out the beach is available only from June 1.

Cons:

The hotel advertises an equipped comfortable beach and in private messages sent after the booking repeated this saying we can book beach and parking for extra cost. When we came it turned out there is no private beach access, the sunbed and umbrella will only be available after June 1. When asked why they did not qualify the message saying the beach is only available from June 1, but rather offering (and confirming it) to a client coming in May they said twice that if they write that they will lose half the clients. Thus means they knowingly mislead clients to think they are coming to a hotel with a private beach. When asked for partial refund because of this they refused and when I asked that at least they’ll undertake the cost of going to nearby private equipped beach they said they will check it but never got back to me. Instead they complained to Booking that I refuse to pay and threatened to call the police in fact did a prank as if they are calling the police to scare me. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and misleading they tried to blame me and repeatedly in troubling way said I care only about money. I tried to explain I care about beach as this is the reason I booked them.

PS I saw the hotel's response, the fact remains that knowing my booking is for May the hotel sent me a message offering the equipped beach services and approved when I asked for it. The fact remained that they did it. The fact remains that when I asked why in the message they sent me after booking they did not qualify the beach is available only after June 1 they said they will lose many clients if they write it. The fact remains they threatened for no reason to call the police and in a silly way pretended to do so. The fact remains they kept saying again and again that I care only about money, which was suspicious to me why would they say that to me.
