Pros:

We were picked up at 11pm by the Best Western shuttle bus and taken to our accommodation about 10 mins away from the airport.
Easy check in.
The room was spacious and very clean. A good size bathroom and the shower recess was also a good size. Nice hot shower too.
The beds were very comfy and super crisp linen.
Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot and a great variety of food.
Fantastic staff. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend

Pros:

Free shuttle from the airport, decent accomodation, comfortable and fine for a one night stay

Best Western Melb Airport really was the Best!
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Friendly reception staff. Great convenient restaurant. Close to airport. Would definitely return.

Just what we needed
Pros:

The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The shower made you not want to go home.

Cons:

Th walk from our room to the restaurant was bit slippery and was an uneven surface.

Affordable, comfortable, and perfect for my short stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport which suited the purpose of my visit. Walking distance to a serviceable pub. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and competent.

Excellent
Pros:

Staff are all great, friendly and helpful. Free pick up from airport is a bonus. Restaurant is so handy to have and having room service is awesome! I stay here every time I travel now.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too hard for me but otherwise nothing I didn’t like.

Gute Unterkunft für Durchreisende mit Gratisshuttlebus ( auf Abruf)ca. 15 Minuten vom Airport Melbourne.
Steckdose beim Bett mit zusätzlichen USB und USB-C Buchse👍
Ausstattung einfach aber zweckmäßig und sauber.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Vielfalt und sehr freundlichem Personal

Zimmer war etwas zu kalt, jedoch mit dickem Laken ok.

it was ok - I wouldn't use the hotel again.
Pros:

It was near to the airport and I arrived late - and the staff provided a check in. The room was ok.

Cons:

I couldn't find the shuttle - it was unclear how to access this when I arrived at the airport. I rang the hotel, but it just rang out. I therefore took an Uber. the check-in was per-functionary. The staff did the simple minimum; they were not prepared to provide a drink at my request. (did not suggest room service either).

I was awoken by the cleaner 3 times in the morning. The cleanliness was ok - the bathroom and shower required better cleaning - mould and build up (evident to the eye). I shared this feedback with the staff upon departure. There was no apology given, in fact the response was quite dismissive. I shared photos.
