Lovely staff
Excellent customer service and beautiful clean room. Close to everything necessary and shuttle service to airport. Quiet and perfect for a stopover very close to airport.
It was exactly what I required, the staff were friendly and so easy to deal with. I was touring with a band and needed a one nighter between shows and this was perfect. I would highly recommend.
Arrived after midnight, it took around 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, the trip to the hotel and check-in was very efficient.
The following morning I wasn’t in a great hurry to get to downtown Melbourne so the very friendly shuttle bus driver gave me a great overview of what I might like to see in Melbourne, and he also dropped me off at the train station to save me A$20 from what the airport shuttle bus would cost.
Great to stay on for an early flight and car parking can be included with your stay.

A good place to stay for business. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Small pool and gym onsite. Dining was great and staff were very warm and welcoming. Have stayed there before and will be back again next time I travel for business.

Had not known about this motel previously but found it while looking for a place to stay after 24 hours travelling from London. Usually stayed at another motel nearby but was looking for a more economical one nearby when I came across Best Western in Atwood. The staff and facilities were excellent, big shout out to Michael C the morning shuttle driver, what a great asset to your business! This is where I will stay during future early departures or late arrivals into Melbourne.
The service was friendly, and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a nice coffee:tea station. Very good value for money
Nice and convenient
Rooms are nice and clean, good size bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend the restaurant, the food was really good!
Overnight at the airport - thi is always a good option and I can leave the car here for a reasonable price too
