The wellness path consists of access for 2 hours to the 820 ft² spa. Massages available, also by appointment. Bathrobe, bath towel and slippers provided. Swimming cap and swimming costume required. ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES


ACCESS Pool/Spa FOR CHILDREN: Mon/Fri 9-11, 11-13, 13-15. Sat/Sun 9-11, 11-13. Cost € 4 up to 6 years or € 8 up to 11.
From 12 years of age onwards costs and services are the same as for adults.

When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of € 20,00 per night applies. The dogs are allowed in all room types except Junior Spa and Royal Spa Suite.
Cats are NOT allowed.

Hotel Lovere Resort & Spa has a wellness center which is included in the price only for overnights of 2 nights or longer. For shorter stays it is available with extra costs. Reservation is compulsory.

The levying of charges will be at the hotel on departure.

Children are allowed to the spa until 13:00 during the week and until 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

A 2-hour beauty package or a wellness circuit in the spa are available at extra costs and must be booked in advance.

Dogs are welcome (in some rooms) with an extra fee per night. Cats are not welcome, due to problems caused to rooms by previous careless owners.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Top Lage am See, Hotel selbst mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist fantastisch. Parkplätze waren im Innenhof am Hotel vor Ort ebenfalls vorhanden. Restaurants, Supermarkt und andere Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Die SPA-Nutzung ist offenbar erst ab einer Buchung von mindestens zwei Nächten möglich, was für mich nicht ganz nachvollziehbar war. Das Gebäude sowie die Innenausstattung des Hotels wirken insgesamt sehr veraltet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist aus meiner Sicht deutlich ausbaufähig, und das Personal wirkte leider nicht besonders freundlich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher eher eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Pros:

Zimmer: war gross und sauber! Klimaanlage hat getropft und jeden Tag wurde was daran geflickt/gebastelt!!! Reinigungsleute sehr nett!
Frühstück: gewöhnungsbedürftig - immer das gleiche fade Brot! In der 8 Tagen 2 x "Gipfeli" - auf Anfrage von Naturjoghurt hat es einmal geklappt, dann wieder keines mehr (Soyajoghurt dafür massenhaft) - die Auswahl der Früchte liessen auch zu wünschen übrig, keine Abwechslung - Fleisch war selten aufgefüllt, immer fragen, wurde dann schon gebracht! Tisch abräumen kannten sie nicht, das Geschirr häufte sich auf dem Tisch!
Lage: es ist sicher ein gutes Hotel für 2 bis 3 Tage, ein "Durchgangshotel"

Zum erwähnen ist noch das Personal an der Rezeption (mit zwei Ausnahmen), kann an Freundlichkeit noch dazulernen! Als Beispiel beim Einchecken die den Gast willkommen heissen und vielleicht noch anschauen und beim Auschecken noch eine gute Reise wünschen.
