L’emplacement et la piscine

Cons:

Le logement, appelé chalet n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles: vieillot, et pas entretenu. Le point faible est la salle de bain, très petite pour 4 personnes, douche bouchée, pas de support pour le serviettes. 1ere fois dans un hôtel que je vois débarquer le patron en slip de bain pour réparer une douche bouchée… je tiens à faire quand même remarquer qu’une chambre simple nous a été prêtée pour pouvoir se doucher, pas pratique… mais au moins une solution a été proposée.

Soggiorno piacevole, ma con alcuni dettagli importanti da migliorare
Pros:

Bella la struttura in generale, pulite le camere, gentile lo staff, chiare le informazioni ricevute e disponibili in stanza.
Ho soggiornato una sola notte, ero lì per motivi di lavoro.
I dintorni sono molto belli.

Cons:

Il soggiorno ha avuto diversi aspetti positivi, ma ci sono alcune criticità che ci tengo a segnalare in modo costruttivo per il futuro.
Purtroppo sono rimasta completamente offline per circa 12 ore: il Wi-Fi della struttura non funzionava e in quell'area non c'era copertura con l'operatore Windtre. Per chi ha necessità di base di essere reperibile, questo può essere un problema.
Inoltre, non mi sono sentita del tutto a mio agio in camera a causa delle tende delle finestre: essendo troppo strette rispetto alle vetrate, non garantivano la giusta privacy e lasciavano una parte della stanza visibile dall'esterno.
Infine, un piccolo appunto sulla colazione: l'opzione senza glutine era purtroppo molto risicata. Sarebbe splendido avere una scelta un po' più varia per chi ha esigenze alimentari specifiche, soprattutto questo garantirebbe un ritorno e una sicura fidelizzazione da parte di chi viaggia spesso per lavoro in quelle zone come me.
Con un pizzico di attenzione in più a questi dettagli, la struttura avrebbe un potenziale davvero ottimo.

Det er et dejligt sted med en fantastisk service. Vi kommer gerne igen - blot vil vi undgå weekend.

Cons:

Der var for mange mennesker i weekenden, fordi det også er et offentligt sted, hvor lokale tilsyneladende kommer og tilbringer en dag. Vi følte os hjemløse indtil vi fandt ud af at vi skulle “kapre” liggestole fra morgenstunden for at kunne være ved swimmingpoolen, hvor børnene bedst kunne lide at opholde sig. Det var så heller ikke bedre foran den etværelses lejlighed vi havde. Det var svært at passere gæsterne for at komme ind og ud af lejligheden. Men forstår også godt at der er brug for ekstra indtjening. Blot burde højsæsonen være lukket for de ekstra gæster.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Fantastic restaurant, spacious room with great view and the pool was great. Staff was also really friendly, they went out of their way to help.

Cons:

No fridge in the room, but otherwise no complaints.

Pros:

La colazione servita sulla terrazza panoramica, molto bella ma per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo un pò più di scelta

Cons:

Essendo un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata di trovare dell'acqua in camera , asciugamani un pochino più morbidi e un materasso un pochino più comodo.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, molto accogliente e dall’atmosfera avvolgente. Ottima per ritrovare la pace ed il relax. Staff molto disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dell’ospite.

Cons:

La piscina è aperta anche ad altri ospiti esterni alla villa e questo potrebbe creare un po’ di sovraffollamento soprattutto nelle giornate più calde e nei weekend.
