Nothing it’s perfect and close to the theatre
Value for money especially having 24 hr parking lovely clean comfortable room with great coffee/tea making facilities. Staff were welcoming. Stayed a couple of years ago and will definitely return
In a light sleeper so bit of noise from station but my husband slept n didn’t hear a thing.

Todo lo demás. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y la ventana apenas puede abrirse una rendija. Mi habitación daba además a las vías de la estación y se escuchaba continuamente, incluso de madrugada, la megafonía de la estación.
The Liner staff are friendly and efficient in their work. The hotel is comfortable and very clean, our room was pleasant with everything we needed, breakfast has a varied menu, well prepared.
Our room didn't have air conditioning, a large fan was provided but the room was still hot.

Excellent location next to Lime Street station and within walking distance to city centre and docks area. Staff very pleasant and helpful, room was clean and a decent size. Large double bed.

Great value for money close to Lime Street Station
Unfortunately like many places in the UK, there is no air conditioning. Even though it was only 30 degrees outside, the room was like a sauna and the silly window thing does not let much air in. Coming from Australia this is ridiculous and the UK needs to catch up as the summers are only going to get hotter

Ideally located, clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Good size rooms cleaned daily, nice to have a fridge in the room especially with the temperature, WiFi, breakfast and Parking included in my deal made it super value for money. Staff friendly everywhere I went.

Great location for the Station and The Empire Theatre.
Very very hot rooms. Especially when in a high floor: Hotel needs upgrade to supply air conditioning. Unbearable. Did provide a fan but not great.
Friendly helpful staff. Nice decor, with comfortable beds, really close to Lime street station and lots of the tourist sights right on the door step or within walking distance or a short bus ride away
Really stuffy, overheated rooms. Reception had Air con, but the rooms didn't, in the midst of a heatwave it was suffocating. They did provide a large fan, but this hardly made a difference in 2 adjoining rooms.
Breakfast was disappointing, tough bacon, rock hard bagels and insipid coffee, not worth the money charged.
