The whole experience was fantastic staff could not be helpful enough Great check in staff had a minor problem staff dealt with it straight away and on my return home a follow up email was sent from the hotel making sure I was ok. Definitely stay again no problem

Quiet room great for us.
Everything was spot on.
Car parking is great and complimentary for the 72 hours as we stayed 3 nights.
Little on the expensive side but in fairness the parking makes all the difference.

Some rooms overlook the lime street railway line.
The hotel is very close to the railway station. I went to the Empire Theatre when I was there, and that is close by too. The room was clean and comfortable. Lifts went to all floors. The breakfast was excellent, with some good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
My room overlooked the railway station and I could hear announcements being made on the station tannoy.

The staff were very good but not enough of them. One member in the bar, which was very busy so queuing was lengthy. One lady at breakfast trying to check people in take payments clean tables and set them. She was run off her fit but remained very professional and smiling. ? Nadia it was her birthday. She was amazing.

Pillows were lumpy
Location
Room dirty carpet hadn't been hoovered food crumbs and hair sofa had food crumbs on it. Bath robes were stained. Fridge didnt work front panel missing exposed electrics which was dangerous our milk and waters were warm as fridge wasnt cold. Bedside lamp had exposed wires which was dangerous. Rooms didnt have climate control.
The themed decor was great.
The breakfast buffet was a bit peremptory. Needs teapots.

On arrival staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very clean.
Bath plug turning handle not working unable to drain bath. Reported to receptionist not an apology just a condescending lesson on how to use a plug. Had to explain again mechanism was not working.

The restaurant had no gas !! Such a limited menu and that ran out ?? It had stop functioning the day before ? The staff had 3 occasions to tell us but no one was notified untill we say down . We were going to the theatre so has no choice but to eat there . If we had of been notified when we checked in , because our restaurant booking hadn't been done , the receptionist re booked it ? We would have gone out elsewhere, just around the corner is a plethora of choice ! We tried it , it was ok .
