Great location right on the doorstep for where we wanted to be and parking included so that was great

Very polite and helpful staff, room was presentable, very good location. Car park secure and next to hotel, parking price included in hotel stay.
Room was unbearably hot. No air con, just a large fan which we appreciated but ultimately just blew hot air around the room. The windows don’t open very much to be able to let air in. First night stayed in a standard twin room at the front of the hotel, again very warm but didn’t hear the trains at all (and paid £75 for the night which we thought very reasonable) when staying in this room, a deluxe double room, which was at the back of the hotel, we heard the trains from the early hours of the morning. Got 2 more mini toiletries, 2 packs of mini cookies, 2 mini bottles of water, complimentary slippers and use of robes (but don’t get why as there is no spa). Ultimately nice room and good location, but don’t feel this was worth paying £226 for the one night.
Didn’t have breakfast and only there for few hours as we arrived late at night. Good location
No air con in rooms and we booked 3 of them. I know we were in the midst of a heat wave so very hot and sticky. Fans were provided which gave some relief but had to have them on all night which was very noisy

We stayed on one of the hottest days and nights of June. The bedroom didn't have air conditioning but the large fan was very welcomed. The air conditioned bar was still open to residents when we got back late from Anfield. There was free cooled water available on reception. Our parking was included which was another bonus. And the staff in all areas were friendly and helpful.

No air con we paid to upgrade to the suite it was unbearable hot the bathroom shower was not great in fact we checked out and got another hotel for the same price which was 100% better
The property was in a great location, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were super friendly.
This wasn’t the fault of the hotel,as I was there on one of the hottest days ever in UK history. The room was very stuffy and hot but we were given a powerful fan to help.
I liked the liner themed hotel and the location was very good. I booked this hotel because it had very close parking ( next door) and it was free for 24 hours.
The room was extremely hot - there was a portable fan in the room - which was good but it didn’t really help much with the temperature. Also there were no electrical sockets to plug the hairdryer into that was close enough to a mirror. Breakfast was a very poor standard - cold food not cold and hot food not hot.
Great building, quirky kitch theme which was great. Lovely staff, well located close to everything. Very comfortable beds. Fan was supplied sure to the heat.
The room for very steamy and lacked air-conditioning, a fan was supplied but it was loud, like really loud, but cooling at least.
I booked it knowing it didn't have AC, so that's on me.
