Didn’t like the customer service after my room was booked, 2 days later you guys canceled my reservation after it was 2 rooms guaranteed available. Poor service provided and I hope you guys get better on providing good customer service.

Decent and very basic. Could use an upgrade.
Pros:

Nice property from the outside but a bit run down inside. Really needs a remodel and upgrade. Breakfast was ok - 1 choice of everything super basic. Strong smell.

Cons:

The lady at the check in was not pleasant and wanted to change our reserved rooms. I told her I want the rooms I reserved, then the guy came and tried to do the same. I reserved what I wanted.

Cons:

Room 213 was a mess. Awful smell. Smelled like mold and must. Had no other place to stay for work in the area but was very disappointed. Carpet was nasty and wet near the ac unit. Ac unit made loud noise. Shower was dirty. Looked like blood in the corner of bathroom door. I have stayed here before and it wasn't that bad. Door to room was already wide open when I walked in. Flies in room. Just did not give me a good feeling. Water had no pressure. Water wasn't hot. Elevator lights were out. I have never been ready to go back home so fast. Please upgrade immediately. Room 213 needs to be shut down. Made me feel like it was part of a crime scene.
