No internet no valet parking or help with luggage. Room was not cleaned and when I inquired, they said they needed 24 hour notice but that was not disclosed at check-in so we had no clean towels. Nowhere in the hotel or casino to eat breakfast except Starbucks.

All in all, we loved it here and would stay again!!!
Pros:

easy check-in, location was ideal for the purpose of our trip

Cons:

The bed pillows we had were very hard. I also wish there were covered parking and maybe somewhere in the casino for breakfast or brunch.

Doubtful that we would ever go back.
Pros:

The location neat the Saint Louis Arch was the best thing about the hotel. The one member of the maintenance staff that opened our safe was professional. (The last guest locked the safe on the way out)

Cons:

The smell of Weed was coming from rooms inside the hotel.
The staff at the front desk was some of the least friendly personnel we have run into in a long time - sub Motel 6 quality.
Our room backed up to the street and loading dock area. If you stay at this hotel don't except a room on the first or second floor facing the casino.

Hotel limpo, confortável, pena q não tem café da manhã…
Localização muito boa , dá para ir no monumento THE ARCH e outros lugares a pé.
Estacionamento na frente bem tranquilo. Gostamos muito da estadia… recomendo

Rooms are large and clean as well as comfortable. Checked in early for a small fee but the room was so much less expensi
Pros:

Very convenient to walk the Gateway Arch National Park.
Free parking on site. Restaurants in the casino so we didn’t need to go out after dark. Arch view from our room. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Area around the property may be a little sketchy. We stayed on main roads and didn’t walk after dark.

Overall, for the price, not too bad.
Pros:

The location was exceptional.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and not very clean. The bathroom specially was not very clean. Toilet look like it hasn’t been scrubbed inside, poor caulking around bathtub and sink area, and peeling paint.

Cons:

NO MICROWAVE ANYWHERE IN HOTEL-not one in your room. No snack machines. No vending machines. Ice only on even floors, not on every score.

Nice location for the concert we went to.

Cons:

That restaurant were not open after concert. Just didn't make sense to me you have all these people leaving the concert look for some food.

Not to bad would consider staying again
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent view & good centralized location.

Cons:

They could have a breakfast of some type. Needs a little money invested in maintenance
