I do not recommend this hotel.

We paid the full amount for our stay on April 21: $710.05 for one room and $710.05 for the second room. More than three weeks after check-out, the hotel charged my card an additional $350 without a clear explanation, invoice, or evidence.

When I asked for the reason, they only said that hotels can charge for smoking or damage, but they did not provide any proof, photos, or exact explanation. We did not smoke or damage anything, and no issue was mentioned during check-out.

This is very unprofessional and unfair. Guests should not be charged extra weeks later without proper evidence or documentation.

Room was exceptional. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel overall very quiet. Easy access to casino and walkable to the major attractions. Our room had a perfect view of the arch.

Cons:

Room needs a microwave Although not necessarily the hotels fault, the food choices on site at the casino were very limited and outrageously priced. They range from highway robbery to you need a second mortgage to eat there. Any food within walking distance was pricey. We had to drive 12 to 17 miles up 55N towards Tulsa to find the more affordable chains like Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, denny's etc.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied

It had a shuttle to the stadium

Cons:

Our room was not ready on time we had to sit in the lobby and wait the bar was closed couldn’t even get a drink while I waited but had to pay a resort fee when they don’t have any resort amenities the king room with a view was just a kind room with view of the highway the desk staff was very unprofessional.

Not staying there again.
Pros:

The room was very big, and the price was decent.

Cons:

Staff were rude when I asked questions. When I wanted to check in 30 minutes early, I was told it would be an extra fee — they said this is industry standard. I travel multiple times a year and have NEVER been told there’s a charge like that. This created logjam at 4 pm when 10+ parties checked in because they wouldn’t pay the fee. Room also dirty from vents not being cleaned. Bathroom in need of repair.

Overall very pleased.
Pros:

I liked the fact that, despite the reviews, the place wasn't run down the way some people described. The place seemed well kept considering the age of the building. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

I always like continental breakfast when I'm staying out of town. I prefer to have a Danish with my coffee first thing while waiting for others to get ready. No breakfast offered, but they do have a small snack shop.
