It was a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located. They offered free drinks in the evening and free breakfast. Our room had a balcony overlooking the water which was beautiful

Easy day
Pros:

I like that all of the staff are very friendly from the front desk clerk to the staff serving breakfast.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that the room is kind of cramped for the king size bed. The pool is also under renovation.

Comfortable stay with nice amenities
Pros:

Comfortable stay and affordable. Also offered 2 drink tickets and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Needs work, but they're working on it. Still a fun stay!
Pros:

I've always had a great experience at this hotel. Sadly, this time the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. The fitness room, which they said was newly renovated, was actually in a bad state of disrepair. It appeared they were actually dismantling it and had not yet begun the renovation; and I had to report a leak coming down through a light fixture on the ceiling.
HOWEVER, it is very clean, and the staff is outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The evening reception and breakfast are still amenities worth staying for. I'm looking forward to staying again when the renovations are completed.

Always an easy, enjoyably stay.
Pros:

As usual the Oxford in Silverdale treated me like royalty. I love the atmosphere: friendly, comfortable and never stodgy.
The service was exceptional (particularly Nina at the front desk who is a gem). Because I have a small dog I had requested a room on the first floor. Happily my request was granted.
I visit friends in Silverdale and I would always stay at the Oxford.

For price should’ve been cleaner but overall good stay and will do again
Pros:

Ease of checking in and out plus location was great. Bonus free beverage and breakfast was such a plus!

Cons:

It could’ve been cleaner. Found hairs and plenty of dust, but overall not bad.

Great room, clean place… great food!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and nice. Pool/spa area was shut down due to maintenance or construction. The food is excellent! The drink tickets are a great perk! They also have complimentary soup/salad. We ended up ordering dinner in the lounge. Beds are super comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Picturesque and great food.
Pros:

Friendly staff greets you as you check in. Clean rooms and tightly made beds. The restaurant in house made great food with salad and soup included. The chicken tortilla soup was the best I’ve had.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Always a great place to stay when working in the area. Rooms are well maintained, on-site bar and restaurant offer plenty of options. Walking distance to other restaurants for longer stays.

Great stay for your dollar.
Pros:

Absolutely an amazing experience. When I first arrived they upgraded my room without charging extra due to over booking, I love their restaurant and bar, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the value of the room was well worth it. I’am a returning customer and I’ll return again.
