Great location near shopping and restaurants. -Spacious, quiet room with a comfortable bed and nice view. Breakfast was great. Service was top notch. Will return.

I wish I didn't have to write the review I am because I feel like the Oxford Suites has a lot going for it with their on site restaurant with a free cocktail an all you can eat soup and salad and a hot breakfast. They also have an indoor heated pool and water front views but my experience was not so good. I booked the room through Trivago that was offering a water view King suite. Even with the discount it was a good chunk of change but my day wasn't going great and this was an unplanned trip so I thought it was worth it until I got my key and realized my "water view" was of the parking lot. When I approached the desk clerk about it he told me it wasn't booked as a water view. I looked at my reservation and sure enough the reservation didn't include the water view notation. I had taken a picture of the details but the website has technology that doesn't let you take pictures so it was blank. We ended up with a room at the end of the hallway next to the parking lot with car doors slamming next to the ice room and the exit so we were woken up all night long with the heavy fire proof doors slamming all night long and to top it off my coffee cup was dirty which I found out when I finished the last sip. Not happy.

It was great to get breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the selection of eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal, toast and more.

Very nice rooms, pleasant staff, very reasonable prices, loved the free drinks and food - amazing! We will definitely come back! Plus a nice view!

My family just spent almost 8 weeks at the Oxford suites in Silverdale well our house was being repaired from a house fire.
Our stay was fantastic. Truly a home away from home. All of the staff. Front desk, dining room, bar staff, cooks, housekeeping were awesome!

Everything was perfect. Great staff, restaurant was excellent, room was spotless, as well as all public areas!

This is just my honest opinion. I will say that the staff was amazingly friendly, caring, and very accommodating. However, the rooms and the property were just not my standard. The room that I was in smelled like pee upon entering. The freezer was not properly cleaned and was dirty inside. The bedding was old and there were spots on my sheets. Like it had not been properly cleaned. Also, I was given an accessible room and I requested a standard King. It was then told to me when I was checking in that they overbooked and so that was the room that they had given me.

For the price that I’ve paid, I do not feel like it was reasonable. But the staff were truly amazing. I really hope they renovate in the future.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the AC was perfect and well appointed had a nice view of the Inlet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening. Nice touch! Will definitely stay here again!

I love this place! Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are super spacious and clean, rates are great for the area, and the hotel restaurant/bar has tasty deals like a happy hour with free soup & salad plus discounted drinks. Food from the restaurant is good and service is so friendly. It’s a family-owned chain of hotels that is only in the PNW, I’m told and it feels like staying somewhere where people care a lot about both facilities and experience. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in in the area (I’m often here for work). I’d missed out on previous stays because I wasn’t familiar with Oxford and had always chosen familiar Marriotts instead. So glad I took a shot on Oxford this time and hope to be back soon!

I stayed at the Oxford suites and was an overall nice experience however out of all the rooms at the hotel they found one leak and of course it was mine on the second floor and was forced to move all my belongings mid week so it was a hassle doing that a but the staff were very helpful and cooperative. The daily breakfast and complimentary beverages were great as part of Thor amenities

We stayed here for my daughter’s 11th birthday and it was such a great hotel for family bonding time! The staff is one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever interacted with and they really made our stay memorable! They were incredibly helpful and also so great with our kids! The rooms are super clean and a nice size. The complimentary evening drinks are fun and my kids especially enjoyed the Dragon Punch! The location is close to all the fun things we wanted to do and explore and there are numerous great coffee shops within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and tea bar as I wake up before any coffee shop is open and I need my caffeine fix. I can’t recommend this hotel enough- 100/10!!

Beautiful place to stay. Stayed a night to do some shopping for another trip were headed to later..the bed was so comfy..only problem the toilet over flowed so they need to work on the plumbing?
