A clear 10!
Pros:

Don't know where to start:
-Excellent breakfast for a 4 star. (Have definitely seen inferior breakfast than that in 5stars)
-Huge room AND bathroom, fully equipped, with a great view and plenty of day light. (we were lucky to get a corner room and both walls were a continuous window)
-Super clean and they also passed and cleaned every day. (not every 2nd day as it happens in some hotels)
-The largest TV I've seen in a 4star.
-VERY important, not only is the hotel very friendly to people with disabilities, with braille writing everywhere, but also they hire people with disabilities. RESPECT to the hotel. (bear in mind I have no disability, neither do I have someone in my family environment, if anyone thinks so).
-Reception and breakfast area are very spacious and really elegant!
-I have to mention Daniel, a member of the breakfast area staff that likes to joke around and make your day while eating! Thank you Daniel!
-We wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours for the last day(Classic case!) .Almost every hotel will help you out in such a situation, but giving the client a sticker code as proof and sticking the other half on the luggage to ensure safety, who does that?!!
-Nice security! You have to use your keycard to get in the lobby even though the reception is 24/7 and you also have to use it so that the elevator is activated.

Cons:

Nothing really. Don't doubt it's a high level 4star.

Pros:

Everything was amazing, the room was big, very comfortable. Very friendly staff. 10/10

Cons:

There was no room service while we stayed. Nobody came to clean the room or refill any tea bags or coffee. No towels were changed or anything. Only one set of towels even though the room was booked as a double for 2 people. There were some dirty spots in the toilet as well.

Hotel is not as clean or polished as it appears in the pictures. Certain cabinets in rooms had broken furniture pieces. Bathroom ceiling was shabby

Розташування готелю в прекрасному районі. Поряд купа кафе, ресторанів та магазинчиків. Готель чудовий, привітний персонал. Гарні великі номери.

Cons:

Номер трішки вже потребує косметичного ремонту. Але загалом все дуже акуратно.
