Great private location scenic views overall I would go back again but probably stay in the newer section
Pros:

The property grounds were real nice good beach location very private two swimming pools a great tiki bar by one of them nice hot tub great views also a nice rooftop bar and restaurant

Cons:

We stayed in the older part of the resort which was a little dated but it was fine could use a little maintenance stupid things like paint and lightbulbs but overall it was fine if all you were looking for was a place to sleep but again that was the old section I think the newer section and the rooms that were right on the ocean looked a lot nicer

Beach restoration ruined the experience
Pros:

We were so excited about staying at this property based on the outstanding reviews. The experience was ruined by the beach restoration. The smell and noise made it impossible to enjoy our balcony, beach or pool area during our entire stay. I understand that improvements need to be made, but am disappointed that I wasn’t notified this would be going on during our stay. (I made the reservation over the phone) If we would have been informed, we might have made a different lodging decision.

Pros:

Beautiful resort and campus. Friendly service. Room was everything we needed.

Cons:

The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the restaurants onsite were not open when we were told they would be. But I do understand this was an "off week" for much of the keys and a time when many places have abbreviated hours. This should have been communicated better. Still loved our stay and would stay again. We've already recommended the resort to others.

This place and staff were AMAZING
Pros:

Can not say enough about the staff from the market and the (Buffalo) butcher to the restaurant and lounge. Who can’t say enough about the office staff. Extra hugs to Oli for making Annie the happiest. Miss all already.

Perfect Place
Pros:

This is a wonderful combination of bougie and relaxing. It’s perfectly nestled in the calm waters with an excellent beach space. The two pools are great; one is adults only and a perfect place to relax.

Top that with three different food and beverage options and the best staff I have ever met; this place is a gem.

Foodie and watersport lover's dream
Pros:

We were so thrilled with this beautiful, family owned boutique hotel and can't wait to return. The cocktails and food at the restaurant felt Michelin-worthy, the views and pools were lovely, we slept like a dream and the welcoy felt like we were VIPs.
