Nonostante avessi provveduto a richiedere per tempo, via chat, i dati per la fatturazione direttamente alla struttura, con tanto di conferma, ha negato di avere i relativi riferimenti facendo attendere gli ospiti al banco per l'emissione della fattura che avevano una partenza imminente.

A hotel in a great location with friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast offer
Pros:

Manuela at reception was very helpful, which was very much appreciated. The room had working air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had a family room, and it worked well for one night. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our drinks on the roof terrace.

We visited Pompeii, and this hotel is ideally situated to walk there.

Cons:

Our neighbour having their TV on all night long!
