Três décevant , bcp d améliorations à faire pour mériter leurs 4 étoiles il ne les vaut pas

Petit déjeuner était bon
L emplacement était bien

Cons:

Changer la douche , très difficile de se doucher
Bruit venant du des canalisations du chauffage
Propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer , en 7 jours une fois les draps changé , le reste des jours lit très mal fait ,jamais nettoyé sous le lit bcp de poussiere , tout le personnel de la réception très antipathique , pas de manières , jamais souriant

Overall a good place to stay in Pompei.
Pros:

Most things were excellent. The room size, the bed, the shower. There was one receptionist on duty in the afternoons only, who was excellent - helpful, friendly. She arranged a taxi for us on a day there was a train strike and it turned out that this was with someone from the hotel staff, who was a very good driver. The reception area was very comfortable.

Cons:

The two chairs in the sitting area of the room, which was one of the reasons we chose the room, were extremely uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. We had expected to be able to relax on these chairs and read when we were not out sightseeing. This was not possible as it is only possible to sit completely upright in the two chairs.
The breakfast service wasn't brilliant. Twice we arrived between 8.30 and 9.30 to find no bacon or eggs and no one in sight to ask for these. On one day we had to go to reception to ask if someone could come and serve us coffee. When the eggs arrived, they were really overcooked.

Pros:

В целом отель приятный, находится в центре, близко от всех вокзалов и Руин, очень удобно! Заселили сразу как приехала, на час раньше! В номере есть все необходимое. Но завтраки советую не брать!

Cons:

Завтраки не соответствуют, не то, чтобы отелю на 4 звезды, это даже не на 2. Я человек не привередливый, но это слишком, черствые булки, отсутствие обычной воды ( в номере кстати вода тоже только за деньги), бекон такое ощущение, что разогревали тот, который жарили несколько дней назад), испорченные фрукты и скатерти тоже никто не менял. Был не сезон, посетителей почти не было, понимаю, что экономили, но было бы честнее, в такой ситуации не делать завтраки вообще, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, это не проблема. Девушка на ресепшен очень «плохо считает», проверяйте!

Pros:

Posizione ottima,il Santuario è davvero a due passi. Il parcheggio è all'aperto sulla strada che costeggia l'hotel, ma cmq è stato facile dal punto di vista organizzativo dei bagagli. Staff accogliente ed educato. Camera da letto oltre le nostre aspettative, forse era la più grande, rivelatosi comodissima! Letto grande e molto comodo,lenzuola profumate e pulitissime. Bagno carino, asciugamani a volontà, da l'accappatoio alla lavetta. Pulizia ottima!

Cons:

Unica nota dolente, la colazione.. Era essenziale. Mancava tanto dal solito buffet di un hotel. La macchina dello yogurt era rotta, e non c'erano comunque confezioni singole. Niente uova, niente bacon , qualche torta di cui un pò durette. Ci dispiace, questa è davvero l'unica cosa che non siamo rimasti contenti, ma credo che la colazione sia importante e non da sottovalutare, specialmente in una struttura che vale.

Posizione ottima, esterno dell edificio (facciate) molto bello, possibilita' di.parcheggiare.avanti all hotel

Cons:

Moquette spazi comuni sporca; letto matrimoniale costituito da due singoli uniti da lenzuola matrimoniali, stanza piccola e difforne da quella che si vede su booking, mobilio un po' vecchio; scarico water poco efficace, colazione pessima
