Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, si raggiunge sia il santuario che gli scavi a piedi, l'hotel ha i propri posti auto dedicati e consente così una visita a Pompei super agevole potendosi di fatto dimenticare la macchina e girando tutto a piedi. Bello il rooftop, peccato che non abbia il bar e che la Jacuzzi abbia degli orari di utilizzo "limitati", avrei gradito un relax di mezza notte con vista.

Cons:

L'albergo soffre un po' l'età, questo dice tutto, semplicemente la struttura è datata e risente di questo, ci sono delle piccole manutenzioni che non sfuggirebbero alle catene più grandi ma va bene così.

very happy to stay here on a lifetime promise to myself to visit the ruins of Pompeii.
Pros:

The Palma hotel is a very friendly welcoming hotel at guess family run . If I had any requests they were dealt with promptly and with no fuss.

Der sad altid 4-5 personer i området omkring receptionen og skiftevis kiggede på deres telefoner og os gæster som gik forbi. De brugte dem meget og utrolig højlydt, uden hensyn til om andre gæster var interesseret i hvad de så på deres telefon.

Il personale in reception non è piaciuto. Nonostante avessi provveduto a richiedere per tempo, via chat, i dati per la fatturazione direttamente alla struttura, con tanto di conferma, ha negato di avere i relativi riferimenti facendo attendere gli ospiti al banco per l'emissione della fattura che avevano una partenza imminente.
