keine Fahrräder im Hotel, Parkgarage musste extra bezahlt werden
Extrem gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr hoher Aufmerksamkeit auf alle Bedürfnisses des Gasts. Fantastisches Gourmetrestsurant. Sehr zu empfehlen

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas d être sur expédia et qui n est certainement pas un 5 étoiles. Accueil extrêmement rude à l arrivée ( aucune indication, l agent nous a dit que nous n avions aucun service car nous avions réservé via expédia…), chambre défraîchie, fenêtre de salle de bain qui donne sur un mur, internet disfonctionnel impossible de voir la mer assis sur les chaises du balcon et le pompon, des services indiqués gratuits sur expédia sont payants comme les transat. Pour finir en partant nous signalons notre instatisfaton, la réceptionniste nous offre le stationnement avant de se raviser car nous résignalons notre insta

Es gab kein Willkommen Getränk und bei unserer Nachfrage wurde geantwortet das Booking Kunden nicht vorgesehen ist. Beim duschen wurde das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, weil die Ablaufgullis höher waren als die Fliesen.
Der vom Hotel im Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellte Kugelschreiber klebte als wenn er gerade aus ein Honigtopf gezogen.
Alles in allem ist die 5 Sterne Bewertung völlig falsch. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Schande für Italien.

Very lovely hotel in an amazing area
We loved the property and found it to be lovely. Our experience was mostly with one person from the desk (I believe his name was Advin? - he's been there for 15 years). He was amazing! Wonderful to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us always the best attention, very good recommendations for dinner, and was just a pleasure. He's a valuable member of your staff.
First, I want to say we had a great experience staying here. Not many Americans visit this area. We got to meet travelers from all over Europe. My good and bad notes; Sunbeds are not free. Bring bug spray, lots of mosquitoes at dusk. Ocean water was very warm, perfect temperature. Breakfast was free and pretty good. Place is beautiful at night. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. We did not eat dinner at the hotel so I cant say if its good or not. Seemed to be clean and well kept. If your budget allows, I recommend it.
Staff were lovely, breakfast was excellent. Location right on the beach was ideal and the beach cafe was great!
Location was great and the staff were very friendly.
I was not allowed to have my bike even on the balcony which is a problem. Also my room door was left wide open by the cleaning staff and left open for some time with valuable possessions in the room. My son had to change rooms on the last night because of a fly infestation.
