Comfy hotel, perfect for an overnight stay
Pros:

Spacious room (more like a suite). Beautiful hot shower. Quiet location.

Cons:

The coffee ( but it’s like that everywhere in the US)

Good stay
Pros:

We were visiting our child at Ithaca College and it is great location

Cons:

Slightly dated. But this stay we got a good rate for the night. So was fine. We are actually staying here again in April but the rate is not as good, so will be interesting what the perception is

pool closed, coffee cups way to small, grout on bathroom floor was missing in spots and a couple ac plugs did not work. Driveway was pothole city

Pros:

Love the suite, which was perfect for my family
Housekeeping was very polite, a big shout out to them!

Cons:

Was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open for the kids.
Seems like the room could be more sound proof as if someone was going in and out of their rooms in was loud noise of slamming doors and could hear them talking in the hall like if they were in your room. Rooms need to be a little more sound proof!

It's was okay, the the staff members were phenomenal.
Pros:

It was near Ithaca College. We were there for the open house.

My shower. The water was dripping from the bottom, and the curtains were ripped.

Worst experience, inappropriate and unprofessional

We stayed here last year and had no problems HOWEVER THIS YEAR WAS AWFUL. If you are staying here with a team I wouldn't ever recommend this hotel. We had a meeting room and in our contract they said they would take out the trash if we cleaned it up and put it in a central location. which we did. They then told us to clean and but locked the door so we couldn't get in and then proceeded to kick us out of that room after consulting multiple people at the font desk. However they said the manger made the decision, but they wouldn't let us speak with them and wouldn't return calls. And we had two rooms for late check out and they cancelled them an 1 hour before we were supposed to come back to the hotel form our event. Regular check out is at 12pm. We had kids stay behind since they were competing at 12 they were to leave the hotel at 10. 2 hours before check out. The hotel went into their rooms without knocking at 8am kicking them out of their rooms! One was in the shower! That is not okay to kick us out of our rooms based on one things we followed in the contract about trash. And the rooms were not clean when we got their. The contract also said they pick up trash every 3rd day but they never did. They never came to pick up trash from any of our 15 rooms. There was no communication with the manager and they did honor the contract we both signed. I wouldn't stay here ever aga

Used to Be a Better Option, Going Downhill Fast
Pros:

Staff was friendly, rooms are always very clean, decent breakfast options (even had almond milk)

Cons:

Tire swallowing pot holes, loud hallways, horribly uncomfortable beds
Sometimes there are issues with the in-room hot tubs (our timer didn't work)

The rooms were a bit chilly and the blankets on the bed are thin. Extra blankets would have been nice.
