Great options for self serve (water dispenser on each floor, lobby etc)

Cons:

Milk options for coffee bar (only cream available)
Parking directions navigate you past buildings to get to parking lot - not great signage

We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We like that it was really close to Endicott College, as it was convenient to be close to our child's school when they needed to move to a different dorm. It was a good room for us, everything was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast person was out, and no breakfast was offered while we stayed at the hotel, besides the complimentary coffee. We went out for breakfast to The Harvest Diner, our usual favorite spot, but it had to be later in the day, as we were busy. Having a continental breakfast would be nice!

Great location for touring the area, beautifully remodeled.
Pros:

I love the remodeled interiors and large lobby space. The room was nicely appointed and on the larger size. Friendly staff and great location for us visiting family on the North Shore.

Pros:

We loved the area , the hotel itself was tranquil and the staff WERE FANTASTIC. Great hotel and great value . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
