We enjoyed the hotel and Beverly but are exhausted from being up for most of the night.
Pros:

Beautiful property and nice rooms.

Cons:

The property, at least during the summer, seems to be used for weddings. Beautiful location and building. The problem is that guests leaving the wedding and staying at the hotel make so much noise just speaking in the hallways for extended lengths of time. We were awakened for long periods of time from 1115 to 3am. I realize that I should have called the front desk. One time I did ask the people to be quiet. Maybe signs should be posted or the night manager should walk around the floors. No one was drunk or disruptive. They were only having loud conversations that woke us up several times.

I've stayed there maybe ten times. I'll come again.
Pros:

There is no breakfast. Breakfast would be good in that there are no really nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Quality of snacks is not impressive. Maybe protein drinks would help.

We had a great stay and would recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location was great, the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. We also really liked the access to the beach! We would stay here again and recommend it.

Cons:

The only complaint we really had was that the pull out bed was not very comfortable. It was high and the mattress was thin, otherwise we thought everything was great.
