Hotel de 4 stele doar pe hârtie servicii și respect pentru clienți aproape inexistente.

Cons:

Acest hotel se prezintă ca fiind de 4 stele, însă experiența oferită nu merită nici măcar o stea.

Programul apei calde este de neconceput pentru un hotel care pretinde că oferă servicii de 4 stele: apa caldă este disponibilă doar între anumite ore (aproximativ 09:00–20:00), iar în restul timpului oaspeții sunt lăsați fără o facilitate de bază.

Cafeaua este servită în pahare de carton, ca într-o gară, iar aceasta poate fi consumată doar pe terasă, sub impresia că turiștii sunt tratați ca niște potențiali hoți care ar putea lua ceva de la micul dejun.

Personalul este arogant, lipsit de respect și complet dezinteresat de confortul clienților. Orice solicitare pare să fie privită ca o deranjare.

Barul de la piscină este închis, astfel că dacă dorești o băutură trebuie să mergi până la barul din interiorul hotelului, inclusiv în costum de baie, ceea ce este complet lipsit de logică pentru o unitate cu piscină.

Aerul condiționat este restricționat și controlat de personal, neputând fi utilizat normal de către oaspeți, ceea ce face șederea extrem de neplăcută în perioadele călduroase.

De asemenea, lipsesc prosoapele pentru șezlonguri, un serviciu absolut elementar pentru un hotel care se laudă cu facilități de piscină.

În concluzie, există o diferență uriașă între cele 4 stele afișate și realitatea din teren. Managementul pare preocupat mai mult de economii și restricții decât de confortul turiștilor. Una dintre cele mai dezamăgitoare experiențe hoteliere pe care le-am avut și un hotel pe care nu îl recomand nimănui.

El desayuno me parece muy completo. La ubicación perfecta para mí que acudía al congreso de AECOC.

Cons:

El secador de la habitación; primero es primitivo, segundo te tienes casi que doblar para secarte el pelo porque está anclado al mueble bajo. Creo que en el 2026 se puede tener un mejor secador
No hay en el desayuno BEBIDA DE AVENA, no entiendo cómo sólo hay bebida de soja.
