Una estancia agradable y tranquila, con pequeños detalles por mejorar

Uno de los aspectos que más valoré de mi estancia fue poder disfrutar de la piscina cubierta en pleno mes de octubre, con un horario amplio hasta las 22:00 h y en un ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Sin duda, un valor añadido que hizo mi estancia aún más agradable.

Cons:

Hay dos aspectos que considero mejorables durante mi estancia. Por un lado, los dispensadores de gel y champú de la ducha no funcionaban correctamente, lo que dificultaba su uso. Por otro, eché en falta un pequeño detalle de cortesía por parte del hotel, como la posibilidad de tomar un café antes de salir, especialmente para los huéspedes que no tenemos contratado el desayuno. Creo que son pequeños detalles que pueden marcar la diferencia en la experiencia del cliente.

Nos gustó todo.
El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad.
La habitación amplia y cómoda.
El personal es dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Hay muchas plazas alrededor para aparcar gratis.

Desastre y decepcionante
Cons:

desde la llegada, el trato fué pésimo por parte de la recepción, los baños de las habitaciones estaban con con reparaciones, se escuchaba la ducha y las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado, la ubicación fatal, al lado de un club nocturno donde había mucho ruido y gritos a altas horas de la madrugada, al ser zona de Ocio no había taxis para ir al aeropuerto,

Pros:

L'esmorzar excelent, la situacio del hotel, zona tranquila, l'habitacio amplia i transport public, tant com tranvia com bus, molt a prop. Bona piscina i gimnas.
