Obviously we didn’t stay
Cons:

Well. We booked a room for 2 people and a dog and secure parking. And when we arrived in the pouring rain and wanted to check in we got told it‘s a public parking with a special price of 22 euros. Accepting this we we were refused anyway because the hotel accepts only dogs (for 25 euros a night) but only up to 10 kg !! Our dog is 18 kg.
This should be on the booking site. We got the refund. At the other hotel in Valencia we booked, the dog got a „welcome kit“ ….
