Convenient and comfortable, but could do better
Pros:

The hotel is easy to access, staff are friendly and the location is convenient. There are options for food and drink nearby and the rooms are large and clean.

Cons:

The hotel boasts striving for green and has signs that they will not clean the room everyday and have water available on multiple floors. Unfortunately they did not actually deliver on this, my room was cleaned the first day, including new towels and additional plastic bottles of water placed in my room. Also, the water available is only on the 9th floor and was unaccessible on my last day as there was construction there. I love to see hotels trying to support the environment, however, they must follow through on the initiative. In a city that has a coastline riddled with trash one would think this be a higher priority.

Also the noise level in the room is fine if no one is next to or above you, otherwise you can hear movement, water running and doors slamming.
