Bueno para empezar solo iba a dormir una noche para seguir mi largo camino, y cuando llegue a las 9:30 pm resulta que me dijeron que estaban escasos de housekeeping y la habitacion no estaba lista, y no sabian que tiempo demoraba, lo que yo supuse que era bastante porque habian varias familias antes de mi que estaban esperando lo mismo, En ese momento le dije al muchacho del front desk, que no podia esperar y que cancelara la habitacion que yo me iba a buscar otro hotel, bueno pues cosa que no hizo y desde funales de diciembre estoy luchando para que me devuelvan mi dinero, y el personal responsable del hotel no me contesta ni a mi, ni a booking. La verdad un desastre de hotel, son unos estafadores. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Well, to begin with, I was only going to stay one night to continue my long journey, and when I arrived at 9:30 pm, they told me that they were short-staffed in housekeeping and the room wasn't ready, and they didn't know how long it would take. I assumed it would be quite a while because there were several families before me who were waiting for the same thing. At that moment, I told the guy at the front desk that I couldn't wait and to cancel the room, that I was going to find another hotel. Well, he didn't do it, and since the end of December I've been fighting to get my money back, and the hotel staff responsible haven't responded to me or to Booking.com. Honestly, it's a disastrous hotel; they're scammers. I don't recommend it at all.

Pros:

Staff members were all super pleasant and eager to assist. Location was easy to get to. The room seemed clean enough and the furnishings appeared as updated.

Cons:

The Bed was kind of hard. The eggs and bacon at breakfast were terrible (fake). Part of out decision to stay there was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was disgustingly filthy and water dark. The pool was not cleaned either. So we brought out suits for nothing. And no signage or comment from front desk upon arrival.
