Pros:

It was close to the airport which was convenient. The breakfast server was very accommodating.

Cons:

There was not a shuttle to the airport until 7am and I needed to take an Uber to the airport at 6:15am. That was a disappointment.

The hotel was about average. A list of TV channels would be helpful, or if you could select the channel from the guide,
Pros:

The hotel was right off of I-95, convenient for a one night stay on the way to Florida.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was rather loud. Also, we couldn’t navigate the TV channels.

The location is great and very convenient, and the breakfast staff was an absolute delight! They were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable. They were definitely the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned daily, and even when it was, housekeeping often arrived late or we had to request service ourselves. The quality of the toilet paper could also be improved, and the hot water took a long time to warm up.
Overall, we appreciated the convenient location and wonderful breakfast staff, but the hotel needs to improve its housekeeping consistency and address these basic room amenities to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

It is a nice place, but check directly with the hotel for any amenities!

The facilty and room was very good. Clean, comfortable, and very nice.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and was told that there would be a shuttle to take me to the airport to at 3:30am. When I checked into the hotel, I was told that the shuttle did not start until 7am. If I would have been notified of this at the beginning, I would have booked a different hotel that did have a shuttle that early! I had to pay $21 dollars for an Uber when I expected a shuttle. Poor communication on the part of Booking.com I guess. Next time i will book with the hotel directly!

Everything went well. Location, check-in, cleanliness, breakfast and lift to the airport (at 6:00 am!!) was seamless. Staff was super friendly and accomodating

Expectations all met or exceeded.
Pros:

It was close to the airport and provided shuttle services to and from airport. It was clean and the staff was courteous and professional.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like (which is no fault of the hotel) is that the shuttle service to the airport didn't run until after 7 am. I had to be at the airport at 530 am, but I changed my flight to meet the shuttle time. So no fault to the hotel. The stay was one of the best I've had in years.
