Pros:

Nos encantó la atención de todo el personal del hotel. Muy amables y atentos. El desayuno era suficientemente variado. La cama y las almohadas demasiado cómodas. El baño super espacioso y la ducha increible.

Cons:

El desayuno me gustaría disfrutarlo en un espacio mas atractivo como la terraza del hotel no en el subsuelo -1. El lugar del desayuno era pequeño, no había lugar para moverse. Ninguna vista interesante para arrancar el día.

O hotel é ótimo, tudo limpo e organizado. Equipe ótima, quarto excelente, espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

O único problema é o barulho vindos dos bares ao redor. A música fica alta até às 5 horas da manhã nos finais de semana e feriado. Se você está procurando um hotel sem barulho para dormir, irá encontrar esse problema aqui.

Loud outside. Gave 7+ cancellation beyond my control and they refused to provide anything other than a credit - I've never known a hotel not to accept a cancellation more than a week in advance. Not good.

Fiquei nesse hotel e, após o check-out, já havia pago o consumo do quarto — as diárias foram pagas antes da viagem. O hotel iniciou as várias cobranças duas horas depois do check-out: sempre alterando os centavos, e não devolveram a caução, que também havia sido feita no cartão.
Passei semanas tentando entender o motivo das cobranças. Só me responderam que determinado setor entraria em contato, mas nada aconteceu. Forneceram um e-mail para que eu tentasse resolver, porém o endereço era inexistente.
Vale ressaltar que a estadia foi paga com antecedência, pagamos o pouco que consumimos no quarto e não quebramos nada. O hotel em si era bom: limpo, seguro, bem localizado e com um ótimo café da manhã — mas tive essa chateação. Até hoje não sei o que aconteceu.
Dica: façam as reservas com cartão virtual! Após a cobrança ser efetuada, cancelem ou bloqueiem o cartão. Foi assim que as cobranças indevidas não foram debitadas. Fiz a reserva, aguardei o hotel efetuar a cobrança e, em seguida, bloqueei o cartão.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
