Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel was built in the 60's and still have the grandiose of a prestige hotel. The decoration and especially the exceptional quality of their staff stood out right away. As a hotelier myself I was amazed by the hospitality, which I feel can lead by example for many 5 star establishment. The breakfast is tailored more to Japanese taste (following local culture) but we are always happy to try out new things. Very sad that the hotel will be closing down as I would be more than happy to return at any day.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. Maybe the opportunity to gather information at the check out about our stay but as the hotel is closing down I can understand that this is not in the management's interest.

季節外れだったおかげでお得に老舗ホテルのサービスを受けることができたラッキーな宿泊でした。
Pros:

景色がとても良かったです。老舗ホテルというだけあり、調度品がしっかりとしていたと思います。

Cons:

どうしようもありませんが、バスルーム周囲は老朽化している感じがありました。でも清潔に保たれていました。

近代の名建築ホテルに滞在。
Pros:

公園と樹々に囲まれた景色がよく、地下鉄からアクセスがしやすい。ほぼ駅に直結している。朝食が素晴らしい。スタッフの対応が丁寧。清潔で水回りが広い。家具、バー、ベッドなど清潔で高級感がある。建物自体が名建築で雰囲気があり、北海道の近代を感じる。

Cons:

建物が良いがリノベーションで本来のデザインを再現してほしかった。あまり見ないので個人的には問題ではないがテレビが小さく、コンテンツがふるい。
