Everybody was really sweet and very very kind
There was nothing that I really didn't like it was all great
It was easy to get to when school wasn’t starting or releasing and it was close to the main drag
It smelt like pot and mold on the 3rd floor the beds felt like a literal rock I hurt so bad I couldn’t really sleep and I’ve slept on some hard beds in hotels before without problems and the doors don’t fit the frame well enough to keep the hall light from bleeding in horribly and with the amount of room that was in the actual room it’s self they could of made the bathroom bigger so you could actually use the bathroom without being basically standing on the toilet.
Location was good for our short visit. Facilities were clean.
A little outdated, There were no USB outlets in the room. The corner had room for at least another chair for when at least two guests were there - desk chair was not enough. Jacuzzi was not functioning.

Good amenities: breakfast, fitness center, pool. Spacious hotel, nice lobby and dining area. Quite location
The jets in the hot tub didn’t work or were just very low powered, the water in the hot tub wasn’t as full as it should have been and not as hot as a normal hot tub temperature. There was not a vending machine with anything but canned soda, no snack or water available to purchase, had to drive to the gas station down the street to get water.
Never saw the free breakfast advertised. Was not told about it at checking, so assume there wasn't any. No outlets on both sides of the bed to charge phones. The outlets were loose and hard to keep anything plugged in.
The granite counter top in bathroom was falling down, afraid to lean on it brushing my teeth.
The welcoming front desk person. She is my absolute favorite, she is sweet and kind and remembers me every single time
House keeping forgets there are patios and doesn't sweep them off. And still no patio furniture. Aside from that. Ill be back next week.

They kicked me out because the tv was loud but the AC was louder than the tv
It was a convenient location and the room offered adequate comfort and needs met.
We had to bring in all of our loaded vehicle contents for security and the outside entrance was not secure. The lock on it seemed to be either broken or non-functional.

That they wanted to try and overcharge me and keep 20 bucks for they animal deposit.

We had a room with a patio and there wasn't any chair or anything outside. I didnt mind but it was a pain in the ass to move the computer chair in and out the door. But it was good other wise.
Beds comfy. lots of pillows. rooms are very nice as well as bathrooms. lots of space to move around and hang out either in the room or out at the pool and hot tub.
Staff could smile more and not treat you like you're trying to steal things when you ask for an extra set of towels and toilet paper on the second day of you stay. lop

I stayed in many places over tbe summer and this was a disgusting room. The carpet was very filty I made sure to wear shoes the whole time. They need to invest in redoing the carpet. It was disgusting. Made my skin crawl.
I had a pleasant stay at America's Best Value Inn & Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy.
The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travel. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

Got to Hotel and she wanted our CC, asked why and she said in case of late checkout
We checked out at 9:30am
Got home and we had a $50 charge on CC
Tried to call the Hotel and their # was disconnected. Tried calling the corporate office and they had the same phone number for them. Couldn’t get a refund , had to file fraud with my bank
