My room was nice and spacious
The tv didnt work. The rowdy neighbors all night. The thin walls. Could hear the neighbors tv on volume 100, and could hear em banging one out before check out.
The price was affordable.
It was really run down. It looks like it was a nice hotel 20 years ago, but it needs a complete remodel. The rooms ( carpets, bathrooms) were scary.
The place looked like they need hire a maintenance guy, they wanted me to pay $30 a room To check-in an hour early, and I paid extra for a room that had a balcony in the pictures but there was no balcony.
😕
Polite staff, quiet, very spacious rooms. Great pricing too. They have free breakfast that's really good selection. I stay here everytime I need a hotel. I love it.
Nothing
Good location. Atmosphere okay. Room - had to turn mattress around due to one side being partially caved in. Shower broke first morning we stayed, but they did quickly fix it. No desk, microwave dirty. Lights all work off one light switch (v. weird), and air conditioner would not change temperature off of 70 degrees, so it stayed v. cold. On top of that, we reserved a suite and ended up getting a room with 2 queen beds instead. We were told to go buy an air mattress for our 5th person. No phone at all to contact front desk for anything. Value - I would rather pay more next time than stay here and have to buy an extra bed again. Noise level - Mid. Dogs barking at night and kids running/stomping above us on 3rd floor. Amenities - Hah. All closed/broken/out of stock of things you'd need like laundry soap, etc. Ice machine only worked on 1st floor, pool and jacuzzi closed for the season, despite it being 90 degrees outside. Breakfast was decent, and the girl at the front was nice enough, but those are the only positives outside of location.
Front desk was very helpful!!
The bed was comfortable, the room appeared clean, but; there were ants and fleas.
New carpet is suggested, the carpet had a big area that was missing or damaged with a piece of matching carpet just laying over it.
Everything in my room actually worked. Best bubble bath of my life.
Got up late and missed breakfast .
Rooms seemed clean.
My reservation could not be found, despite me giving the front desk staff the confirmation number for the reservation. My wife and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get a room; it was really late and we were exhausted. When we finally got a room key (room 104), it was already occupied. We had to go back AGAIN to the front desk and wait some more to finally get a room.
