Férias maravilhosas
Pros:

Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Pestana Porto Santo. O hotel é muito agradável, com ótimas piscinas, acesso direto a uma praia maravilhosa e espaços exteriores muito bem cuidados.
Destacamos especialmente a simpatia e disponibilidade de toda a equipa, sempre muito atenciosa, inclusive com a nossa filha de 4 anos.

Um agradecimento muito especial à Marta Vasconcelos, por toda a simpatia, atenção e disponibilidade ao longo da nossa estadia. Foi sempre muito prestável e contribuiu para que as nossas férias fossem ainda mais agradáveis.

O ambiente é tranquilo e familiar e foi uma ótima escolha para uma semana de férias em Porto Santo. Ficámos com muita vontade de voltar!

Um paraíso em Portugal.
Pros:

Absolutamente tudo, mas de salientar que o serviço é do melhor que já vi em Portugal e no estrangeiro, para isso muito contribui a gestão da Marta Vasconcelos (Hotel GSM) e toda a sua equipa. Um muito obrigado por estes dias maravilhosos.

Wunderschöner Strand, herzlicher Service und entspannte Atmosphäre – perfekt für erholsame Tage zu z

Wunderschöner Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, auf Wünsche und Anliegen wird eingegangen (HoneyMoon Special - Danke Marta!), gute / hochwertige Drinks und adults only Bar am Abend, drei verschiedene Themenrestaurants mit guten à la carte Menu, reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Lunch-Buffet.

Cons:

Im Buffetrestaurant ist es während den Stosszeiten ziemlich voll und etwas laut.
Sonnenschirme & Liegen müssen am Strand bezahlt werden -> es gibt aber die Alternative eines gratis Windschutz und eines Sonnenschirms zum eigenen platzieren.

Great Location and Good Value for Money!
Pros:

The location is perfect as it’s a beachfront property with the available sun loungers too. Great value for money with endless variety of traditional Portuguese food or simply burgers and fries in their food bar by the pool. Amazing variety of cocktails too!

Cons:

You can tell some areas are very dated, such as the gym with older equipment and no AC.

Was amazing! Had everything that we needed, the staff were always asking if we needed anything. The manager Marta would go above and beyond anything we asked and had even time to suggest things outside of the hotel

Hoped sunbeds on the beach were available for free, or cheaper for guests

Pros:

Overall, I had a good experience at Pestana Porto Santo, and most things were very nice. However, there were a few points that I think could be improved.

Cons:

The dining areas were often very crowded, which made meals less relaxing. Also, having to pay extra to use the beach sun loungers was disappointing. I have never experienced this in a five-star hotel before, and I feel this should be included for hotel guests.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also not as clean as I would expect from a five-star property.

Apart from these points, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Fun, good food, variety of food and times to go eat! Staff was excellent!
Pros:

The staff was great! The beach and lounge chairs. The cozy feel even though it was busy. Late checkout granted for all of us! Spa massage my friend got was one the best! She's a massage therapist too! I wish we scheduled the spa services as soon as we got there. I didn't get a time slot....but next time I'll know.

Cons:

Buffet everything. We did get a night at a signature sitdown meal restaurant gifted to us by a manager by surprise! That was the highlight meal there. I wish dinners were all like that.
Also, would like to schedule all my spa services in check in day of hotel.
