Lovely luxurious family hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly from the restaurant staff to the entertainment staff. The activities on offer for the Children was very good and very welcoming. Lovely comfortable hotel rooms with nice facilities and feels very safe.

Cons:

Check-in was a bit slow and still done in an old fashioned way - by paper and very long winded especially when you have a few tired kids! Cleaning could be improved in the rooms as some
Things needed more attention.

Pros:

Celý areál včetně blízké pláže byl nádherný. Přestože jsme jsme zde měli pracovní povinnosti, bylo to natolik příjemné prostředí, že se sem toužíme opět vrátit. Nejvíce jsem byla překvapena zcela nadstandartní, profesionální činností managera hotelu, která nám se svým týmem byla k dispozici po celou dobu pobytu, včetně krizové situace při zrušení našeho letu na konci pobytu. Velké díky za profesionální a lidský přístup ke klientům.

It was good
Pros:

The facilities are great - the room is much better than I looks on the photos; it was clean and well maintained; the pool area doesn’t feel crowded; the resort js well designed and you can find your way easily without getting lost like in most resorts. The food was OK, the buffet offers variety but it could be bigger because it felt too crowded at certain times. Drinks are excellent - quality alcoholic drinks and great variety even for non-alcoholic beverages. We interacted a lot with Marta, who was very professional and kind - shout out to her. We received some room amenities and access to the a la carte restaurants. I believe our room was upgraded as well

Cons:

The resort is great but it lacks organisation. The line staff seems inexperienced, and you can feel a big difference in the service and interaction between line staff and management.
We checked in the room almost at 18:00h. The room wasn’t ready at 15h but we were expecting a call - nobody called and I had to inquire about it myself. While waiting for the room, we could use the facilities but we needed the beach/pool towels which nobody could provide - there wasn’t anyone at the SPA reception and the front desk didn’t have towels, neither a solution.
When we received our room key, we were informed that we are booked for breakfast , lunch and dinner at the buffet at specific times - 10:30;14:45 and 21:20h. I understand the attempt for organisation but I don’t agree that I should be told when to eat. It could’ve been done in a different way. Thankfully I was offered to take out some fruits or snacks, as I’m pregnant.
The beach loungers are paid - which is not mentioned anywhere - this information should be provided in advice for better transparency.
