Close to attraction and tourist bus. Neighborhood seemed a little shady. Staff was pleasant

In a quiet neigbourhood with convenient taxi and Uber service. Close enough to walk to Sagrada Familia.

Breakfast was good

Centrally located, nice location. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were gone most of the day but it was nice to come back to a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

It was almost perfect as I was hoping for from the start. I arrived early but the front desk staff Jose Luis accommodated me as I was so tired with the overnight flight. But something happened as my luggage code was broken. It was fine when I open it upon my arrival then I rested went out for 3 hours came back and fall asleep again after eating my lunch/dinner. In the morning wanted to take some things so I can shower but I found out my lock was broken. It won’t open anymore. I informed the front desk and the staff came to check it and tried to help but it can’t be open. He took it downstairs yo try opening it but to no avail. I been using this luggage for years of traveling abroad so it’s so unusual that this happen. I needed to get some stuff so I went downstairs and asked if they were able to open but no…so I agreed to have it broken. So now I’ll be travel with a broken luggage lock. I resulted buying a new one to be sure my things are safe and I found out my wallet still inside with my US ids and credit cards but my money was stolen. I had $460.00 but it was only $160.00 left. Well I was happy that I still have $160 left and my documents are intact. That’s all I need and all I can say is just be extra careful thief are everywhere. Not a good experience for me.

Safe , nice area, shops and restaurants

Helpful staff

Hotel was descent for 1 night stay but wouldn't stay there much longer than that. Area is descent. Most of Barcelona was dirty and messy but still cool atmosphere. Hotel was 5-8 min walk to Sagrada which was nice. But LaRamba area has ALOT more options like stores, restaurants.

Staff rude

The room was fine but the area was sketchy. Close to Sagrada Família. Not many restaurants near the hotel.

I was super happy at how close this was to Sagrada Família Basílica. It made it a very easy walk for mom who was traveling with me and has mobility issues. There were plenty of grocery stores close by to get fresh fruit, drinks & snacks. Also had a washateria close by and I was able to wash our clothes since the best way to travel for me is with a carry on. Overall convenient and public transportation was accessible. I recommend this place for your Barcelona visit.

Staff was very friendly & glad to help in any way they could. Location worked well for us & only a couple blocks from Sagrada Família. Their breakfast is very good and well worth purchasing with the stay. Many bus stops around the hotel which makes it within 20 minutes to everything.

The hotel was very nice, in a great location and the staff was very helpful when we needed recommendations for dinner. The only bad thing about the cleanliness was a very large roach crawling in the lobby

I like the hotel, it was clean, the entrance room was very narrow but it was ok just for one person

For 200 a night, it was not worth it. Floor was dirty. 2 twin beds, no queens or kings. It was a 10 minute walk to Familia Sagrada, so that was good.

Property close to la sangrada. Beds very uncomfortable, and pillows flat.

Very central to everthing.
Room is small however, clean and good AC.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
