Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Lake Forest/Mettawa

This hotel was fantastic, Miriam made the best breakfast, and Ariel at the front desk was very attentive. We stayed here for my son‘s navy graduation, and I highly recommend it. Very clean, responsive stay up, and excellent breakfast.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The kitchen staff was very pleasant and helpful and food was very tasty.

Miriam was very great!! She was very attentive, always there to answer any questions about anything , to clean when needed and also refilled everything when needed.

Also want to recognize Miriam, who oversees the food service—she did an outstanding job with breakfast and overall setup. Everything was well-organized, fresh, and clearly handled with care.

Ariel was extremely helpful and accommodating. Super professional and all the staff is very friendly. Miriam did an amazing job with breakfast and was working so hard making everything stayed hot and stocked and clean. She is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, as is the pool, hot tub and common areas. Extremely great value for the service, care and attention!

Great room amenities and room! Having youtube and Netflix on the tv were a game changer, along with a full mini kitchen. Delicious breakfast and coffee every day by Mariam! Sausage and eggs are a classic for me, but seeing subtle choice options changing daily keep it fresh and new. A hot breakfast is the best way to start the day! Thank you to this hotel and staff for making it a comfy visit.
