Don't take a customer's reservation money on a computer mistake. That's DISHONEST!
Cons:

Don't list your motel in the Palm Springs Vicinity. Your motel is 75 miles away. I made a reservation thinking your motel was in the Palm Springs Area. I had to cancel and got NO REFUND.

Pros:

Very nice. Front desk very helpful. .when I said my wife had difficulty walking, we were given a room near the elevator. Altho the hotel is next to the freeway, no traffic news was heard.

Breakfast was fine - cereal, eggs, english muffins, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee.

Good sized room. King bed, desk, chair, bigger mini fridge, microwave, big tv. Bathroom fine

We came for 2 funerals booked the hotel a few weeks in advance. The rooms were clean and all was good. Due to bad weathe
