Disappointed with the hotel room and in need of renovation and decoration . Not a 5 star hotel

It’s not a 5 star hotel. Looks tired. My room was in need of decorating. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money very limited.

Breakfast: Something to improve.... missing some small plates during the service and coffee spoon... they did apparently not be carefull enough or did not pay attention...
Dishes of breakfast were great !

Pool was always beautiful, but it was not the seaon to enjoy it !

Room was nicely heated !

Cons:

Well.... nothing really !

Cons:

La caja fuerte vinieron en 2 ocasiones para poderla utilizar, la tapa del water tuvieron que venir porque no llevaba tornillos.
Tuvimos que quejarnos para que nos limpieran la habitación

Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen für den Preis.

Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel,
Die Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich hatte 3 von 5 Tagen geschlossen.

Guest relation war sehr unfreundlich.

Una estancia magnífica 🥰
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique avec un cadre authentique et conservé, et d’une propreté irréprochable.
Les chambres sont immenses et le confort de la literie est indiscutable. A cela s’ajoute des équipements qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable, comme la baignoire spa en plus de la douche et des WC séparés.
Le personnel très accueillant, et le petit déjeuner en buffet très varié, contribuent fortement à cette pause bonheur, bien que hors saison.
Un emplacement idéal pour naviguer entre Cartagena & Alicante, si vous arrivez à quitter les transats aux bords de la piscine 😋

Cons:

Fumeurs, Attention : il n’est pas permis de fumer aux balcons.
Les lois Espagnoles se sont endurcies depuis peu.
Fort heureusement, ça l’est encore aux terrasses du pub, du bar et du restaurant de l’hôtel.
