Cons:

El spa ni me gusto y el tratamiento de masaje deficitario no eran profesionales .
El gimnasio maquinaria en mal estado rota y sin posibilidad de uso. Bien para la foto mal
para el cliente porque no se puede usar.

Beautiful setting. Well taken care of grounds.

Cons:

Unnecessary to charge for parking on site.
No long mirror in room.
We weren’t given any information about facilities. Didn’t know there was a shop on site, or about spa or where to collect clean towels for pool. Everything needed to be figured out alone.

Beautiful fabulous hotel. Lovely pool and bars just the staff not very friendly.

Good hotel with a few niggles
Pros:

Big room, excellent breakfast spoilt for choice. Lovely pool and good choice of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

No boxes of tissues in the room.First day we left towels on the floor but they weren't changed. 2nd day they were... the room only had wine and bathroom glasses for one person, we had to request extras. Not really 5 star care.

Desconexión total
Pros:

En general el ambiente esta muy bien. La piscina enorme y muy bonita que permite estar entretenidos tanto niños como mayores. Las habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas, con bañera de hidromasaje. El personal muy amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte. Los restaurantes bastante bien también y todo junto para que en cada momento tengas algo de diversión. Además, por la noche hay espectáculos de calidad.

Cons:

Justo se acabó el kids club unos días antes y mi hija no lo pudo disfrutar. En todos lados vi que la piscina cubierta estaba abierta todos los días, pero según me indicaron, los domingos y lunes permanece cerrada; lo que me dejó sin llegar a verla.

Pros:

El hotel cumple, habitacióm limpia, un buffet que está bien (aunque podría ser mejor, con algo más de variedad.)

Zona de la piscina ideal, tal vez faltarían más hamacas, y estas renovarlas, son bastante viejas.

El restaurante mediterráneo está bien, pero el servicio súper lento, y no por el personal, si no por la falta de más.

Lo mejor el irlandes. Tener en cuenta que hay que reservar para ir a cualquiera de los restaurantes del hotel.

Pero en general todo bien, por el precio que está ok.

Pros:

Le site dans une résidence sécurisée. Très bon accueil et le personnel est super. Chambre spacieuse et route équipée

Cons:

Peu de restaurants pour la demi pension et il faut réserver chaque jour.
