al mijn 3de bezoek hier, voor mij is het een uitstekend hotel, goede uitvalsbasis , super vriendelijk en lekker eten! alleen had ik deze keer een hele slechte harde matras ,hopelijk volgende keer terug een zacht bed ;)

Lovely hotel and resort, I’m not a keen golfer but the stay was very nice.
Pros:

What’s not to like, the hotel was perfect, I think we were upgraded as our rooms balcony overlooked the 18 hole , great views. Food in the restaurant was particularly good.

Cons:

Not sure about the QR code menu app, on your phone, (you don’t order from it just view the menu) but maybe I’m just behind the times. Everything else was very nice.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhiges Hotel .
Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.
Kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

La cama y la vista al campo de golf.

Cons:

Que está igual que hace 16 años. La misma pintura, la ducha no traga, no tienen zapatillas para estar en la habitación, ni albornoz que tuve que pedir y me trajeron arrugado como una pasa, no hay champú, es champú y gel en uno, no hay boda milk. Una cucaracha en el restaurante que mató la camarera. Muy desabrigado el trato, lo que ofrecen. Todo a peor sin duda, muy, muy mejorable. No hay nada más que una persona por turno en recepción, no te ayudan con el equipaje. Las cinco estrellas no se corresponden con la realidad de lo que es un hotel de esta categoría. Si eres del centro de Europa y vas a jugar al golf, te puede parecer fabuloso, pero no es así. Una lástima. Lamparas ajadas…

La limpieza y el buffet.. la bañera..

Cons:

- Después de gastarme 152 euros en una habitación (la cojo por booking con cama de matrimonio) me dan camas separadas y me dicen en recepción que es "Bajo disponiblidad" cuando booking me la vende de matrimonio.
- Aparte , por equivocación cogí el 7 de febrero cuándo de verdad quería quedarme el 31 de enero.. cojo la habitación antes comentada, hablo con booking para que me devuelven la habitación del 7 de febrero, pues entre booking y el hotel se están pasando la pelota pero no me devuelven el dinero. El hotel me dice que al ser tantos días que en cuanto les llegue la cancelación de Booking aceptarán la cancelación y booking me dice por mensaje que se pondrán en contacto con el hotel y en 24 horas me dicen... (Pasaron ya 30 horas y seguimos igual) Gran fallo de coordinación de ambos y entre unos y otros la casa sin barrer.
