La piscina
Tranquilidad. Confort habitación
The rooms and pool were lovely. Pool always clean and never too busy.
It is very isolated although I was aware of this before travelling. Not a place for a family holiday but ideal if you have no plans to walk far and just want pure relaxation by the pool. A couple of negatives unfortunately. We were half board and the restaurant menu had 6 main dishes which did not change all week. This became quite repetitive given that most people would have one of two dishes they do not like. I would say that the food was average at best which was not expected from a five star hotel. Also we booked a triple room which looked very spacious in the pictures. The three beds were not in the room on arrival (third bed is a roll in camp bed which was comfortable) and we had to request four times before it was finally put in the room (not ideal when we had been travelling since 2 in the morning and just wanted our beds).
The pool area was great, plenty of options for food, the rooms are nice and spacious. We had a mix up with our room and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were great.
If I had to pick a fault the only thing I’d say…. wasn’t the biggest issue, the pool bar didn’t always have someone available. Which meant you had to use the golf bar but it’s under strict rules no swimwear. Bit annoying every time you want to get a drink to be getting dressed especially in the heat.

La urbanización donde se encuentra el hotel es bellísima. Muy segura y muy bien cuidada.
El hotel, en general ha sido cómodo, el personal es muy servicial, el desayuno es variado y las instalaciones son cómodas.
La limpieza de la piscina, se veía sucio en el fondo.
La limpieza de la habitación, cambian las toallas y sábanas, pero no estoy segura si limpian los baños y el suelo diariamente.
El desayuno es variado pero si bajas después de las 9:30 ya no consigues muchas cosas, no reponen toda la comida que se va acabando.
En nuestro caso, nuestros vecinos eran muy ruidoso y se escuchan las puertas y la gente hablando en las noches, madrugadas y en la hora de la siesta.
Limpieza de las áreas de la piscina, en la piscina infantil más de una vez me conseguí una colilla de cigarro y el suelo sucio.
La entrada del hotel, las puertas van fatal, tienes que empujarlas y pelear con ellas- creo que en un hotel 5 estrellas, lo mínimo es tener una puerta de la entrada cómoda.
En general, la limpieza debería mejorar para ser un hotel 5 estrellas, que sinceramente creo que no se podría considerar 5 estrellas.
Avisé que estaba operada de la vesícula de hacía muy poco y tenía varias alergias/intolerancias alimentarias y no se molestarón mucho con mi cena. Gracias a un paquete de tortitas de maiz que me llevé porque la comida excasa. Y de desayunar solo fruta. No había otra cosa que pudiera comet. Es el primer hotel de 5 estrellas donde me dan este trato, ya que no es capricho que no quiera comer, es por salud que no puedo.

Tampoco tienen helados con leche vegetal. Si tienes alergia a la leche de vaca lo tienes complicado.

Keine 5 Sterne! In die Jahre gekommen und schmutzig, schlechter Service, außer im Kuro. Nächtlicher Lärm durch englische Jugendliche, die illegal aus der „Nachbarschaft“ sich um 3.00/4.00 Uhr morgens grölend im Pool Party feiern. Dementsprechend sieht es morgens aus, was teilweise bis 10.00 Uhr nicht beseitigt ist. Dreckicke Poolbarmöbel, sanitäre Anlage Katastrophe, schaut keiner nach, es gibt so viel zu beanstanden, dass man gar nicht weiß wo man anfangen soll. Lediglich das Kuro Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, der Rest ist lieblos und schlecht
El alojamiento
Si todos los recepcionistas fueran como Javier, viajar sería todavía más bonito. Siempre atento, simpático, educado y con una sonrisa. Da gusto llegar y encontrarte con alguien que te recibe con tanta amabilidad
