Pros:

Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed and a good sized room. Nice outlook.
Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Too hot in the room. Air con not very cold. Fan on ceiling rotated very slowly.
Shower didn’t drain, leaked out of door ( did report it but we were only staying one night).
Kettle had to be used on the floor as flex didn’t reach socket.

we had a lovely time. i would rate this as a good hotel with great service but not 5 *
Pros:

lovely big rooms with good facilities and exceptionally clean, breakfast very good with wide range, plenty of sun beds
club bar was excellent with great food for lunchtime.

Cons:

the pool was just being opened so had green algae on the floor when we arrived jacuzzi not working. the pool area needed to be cleaned particularly around the edges and some of the stones needed fitting better. the pool was cleaner by the end of the week on the floor of the pool as the pool hover had been working. the décor inside in the communal areas is looking slightly tired and could do with a refresh. there definitely could be more parasols finding shade could be challenging on busy days.

El aire acondicionado tiene muy poca potencia, al dar el sol por la tarde en el cristal hace bastante calor en la habitación y el ventilador que había era muy viejo y ruidoso

Enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Pool was great and the bars were superb.

Cons:

The shower smelled of damp but didn’t take away from the comfort of the room. That would be my only slight complaint.
