Super netter Empfang mit einem besonderen Highlight

Der nette Herr hat und ein Zimmer Upgrade gegeben was mehr als großzügig war und definitiv nicht selbstverständlich ist

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig

Die Betten sehr bequem

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da aber kommen definitiv wieder bei so einer Herzlichkeit

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt unzufrieden. Mir wurde ein Zimmer mit offenem Fenster gegeben, obwohl es Winter war. Es war extrem kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig – sie stand auf Stufe 5, hat aber nur halb so stark geheizt. Ich denke, dass sich Luft im Heizkörper befand und er deshalb nicht richtig warm wurde.

Wegen der Kälte war es unmöglich, normal zu schlafen, und ich musste in meiner Kleidung schlafen. Ich war bereits erkältet, und nach dieser kalten Nacht hat sich mein Gesundheitszustand deutlich verschlechtert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Ich bin enttäuscht und unzufrieden.

Pros:

Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, es gab auch Smalltalk über mein Herkunftsland – die Türkei. Er hat mir sogar ein Upgrade für mein Zimmer gegeben, obwohl ich nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte.
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut – mitten in der Altstadt von Spandau.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
