Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Die Lage des Hotels war für uns bestens geeignet und unweit der Wackerhalle. Es hat ein großes Parkhaus.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich und sehr groß. Die Betten bequem und sogar Zi.Getränke inkl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, Lichter bzw. Lampen funktionieren nicht immer. Lüftung im Bad sehr laut.

Schönes Hotel mit rundum zuvorkommenden Service!
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf Durchreise (von der Ostsee nach Tirol) als Gäste in diesem Hotel,wir wurden von absolut freundlichen Personal empfangen,sogar unser Hund hat eine kleine Hundebar mit Leckerlis entdeckt und für uns standen Getränke und Naschen parat, die schön gestalteten Zimmer haben (inklusive kostenloser Minibar! Wow!) uns sehr gut gefallen,die Betten waren unglaublich bequem so daß wir am nächsten Tag gut ausgeruht weiter reisen konnten...aber wir werden hier definitiv wieder kommen und beim nächsten mal länger bleiben!!!

Cons:

Es könnte noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden,an dem hübschen Kopflehnen war viel Staub. Die Zimmer sind scheinbar derzeit in Renovierung und das Konzept ist deutlich erkennbar,es sind noch ein paar Kratzer an den Türen die es unschön aussehen lassen und die Wände sind nicht komplett gestrichen (verputze Stellen erkennbar) aber wir sind uns sicher das an diesen Sachen bereits gearbeitet wird.

Pros:

Für uns war die Lage des Hotels in Bahnhofnähe ideal, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Freigetränke in der Minibar im Zimmer, Süßigkeiten, Obst an der Rezeption sind sehr einladend. Freundlicher Empfang. Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

In einigen Bereichen ist Renovierungsbedarf notwendig. Im Bad der Fön gehört ausgetauscht, die Plastikteile am Fön waren schon klebrig (alterungsbedingt). Sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, aber die würden das Hotel nochmal aufwerten.
