The room was clean and very comfortable and temperature was good

The room was dirty and wouldn’t lock so we had to ask for a new one which took time. The place has no sound insulation so we could hear people slamming doors. The breakfast was awful. The front staff were miserable and acted like they did not want to be there. They were not helpful or apologetic for the room situation.

During my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience. First, I found a large cockroach in my room. In addition, the rooms had a terrible musty smell, making it impossible to stay there for more than an hour.
After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but things were not better. The bathroom trash can was dirty, and the towels had already been used—clearly, no one had cleaned the room.
The breakfast was also disappointing, especially the eggs, which tasted awful.
Overall, the worst issues were the lack of cleanliness and the terrible smell throughout the rooms.
No internet. No tv, blinds would not raise. Bad coffee. Night check in clerk unfriendly. Would have.liked more light. Would have liked breakfast til 10a
Good value. Very comfy bed!
Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed- but was friendly enough.
It was a clean hotel and it was a good value.
I did not like the annoying noise the exhaust fan was making in the bathroom, made it feel like somebody was crawling in the attic. Also felt like the place was more institutionalized trying to keep people locked in and not let them out would be one way in and one way out. Ask the staff about not being able to use the key to get in and out of the doors they gave me a sarcastic answer.
Close to mall restaurants
No internet
The first night I got there we checked in, went upstairs and went to our room. We’d love to go get something to eat, and when we came back, the key would not work. Something was wrong with the door not just the keys. The receptionist came up, used the master key and was able to get us in, but I had to have maintenance come fix the key fob. I was punctual with that and it was done the next day before I came back from the store.
What I did not like about it is that I called the day before hours before to let them know that I would have to check out early due to a funeral my best friend. Once I got there, they had no knowledge or notes that I was checking out. I was there told that I would still have to pay for that day that I was not there. I sent the request over that was never open nor knowledge.
The location to the job that I went to do was good.
It was suppose to have breakfast..all they had was egg and cereal. No meat what so ever. I also asked the front desk if she could print out an email for me and she said that since I booked through a third party (booking) she couldn’t do it.I asked that if I paid her to print it out could she do it and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. The wifi was down when we checked in so I couldn’t even do anything on my reports on my laptop for work..overall it was a bad experience and I think I overpaid for the service that I got.The ladies that were at the front desk in the morning when I checked out were really nice compared to the lady that was there when I checked in.
Clean
Room smelled like mildew, the exercise room was closed.
