HORRIBLE SERVICE
Pros:

They had Smart TVs that I was able to log into my Amazon on and coffee 24/7

Cons:

Roaches
We were charged for damage to the room that was left from the guest before us. The LED lights were ripped from underneath both beds and only half of the strip worked. They said it looked like the bathroom door had been swung open and damaged the wall while we had the bathroom door left open the entire three nights we stayed.
I reserved and paid for the room through booking.com and instead of scanning my reservation, she looked up my phone number and got my card information from a previous stay and proceeded to double charge me and refuse to refund me the money back

Wet, mold, and didn't sleep.

Cons:

Overall very bad experience. Initial room the carpet was wet and smelled terrible. I call the 3rd party for a refund. Jason front desk booked me direct into another room, but after I sat down to eat dinner at 9pm, I noticed mold all over the vent, and I'm sure in the room. Then stated at the desk I want a refund and I want to move, Jason assured me he would move me to another clean room, but it took was a moldy room. The vents were covered in mold, I had to be up early for test so I just turned the air off and tried to sleep. But for $300 dollars a night in Abilene Texas this room should have been very clean. Terrible experience.

Overall really can't complain it meet my needs

It was nice everyone very friendly and close to a lot of stores and places to eat.

We stayed two nights and never was asked if we needed clean towels or if they wanted to take our trash,

The location was exactly what I needed.

Cons:

The door to my room was hard to open. I paid for breakfast for the first day and it was not there at 730, so I did not get to grab anything before work.

Better off camping
Pros:

This hotel refuses to give a receipt. I was moved between 3 room before they four one that wasn’t occupied the ac worked and the tv worked. The staff was unresponsive to requests This is not the place it used to be
