Soggiorno fantastico , oltre le mie aspettative . Camera meravigliosa, silenziosa e perfetta . In bagno i miei prodotti da bagno preferiti. ogni giorno la stanza super pulita. Colazione eccezionale, staff cordiale. per me tutto perfetto. Ritornerò sicuramente ! Doha è una città meravigliosa. E' davvero in 5 stelle. Abbiamo usufruito dei ticket per la spiaggia ed è molto comoda e raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e con lettini comodi e mare limpido. Stupendo tutto, compresa la palestra . Un in bocca al lupo a tutto lo staff con la speranza che passi presto questo momento storico terribile !

Cons:

Solo la piscina ;((((( im ombra purtroppo . per il resto davvero un soggiorno che resterà nel mio cuore .

Genialer Standort um Doha zu erkunden, da das Hotel etwa in der Mitte der Metropole liegt.
Pros:

Die erfahrene Gastfreundschaft ist kaum zu übertreffen. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten beim Frühstück waren zu eng.

Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido cuidados y atendidos de una manera absolutamente excepcional. Nada más llegar, nos sorprendieron con un upgrade a una habitación superior, un detalle que valoramos enormemente y que marcó el inicio perfecto de nuestras vacaciones.
Nos gustaría destacar especialmente la atención recibida en recepción por parte de Leslie. Además de hablarnos en español, nos ofreció un trato cercano, profesional y verdaderamente impecable. Su amabilidad, disposición y atención al detalle hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer instante.
La atención al cliente ha sido sencillamente exquisita.

Service was excellent
Pros:

The staff in the hotel were excellent, we were checked-in by ismayil and he was very helpful and attentive.
We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied.
Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait à proximité du métro DECC et de la plage de Doha Sands (entrée gratuite pour les clients de l'hôtel).
Restauration de très bonne qualité même en forfait petit déjeuner et diner.

Cons:

Isolation phonique de la chambre (on entend les voisins dans le couloir). Bruit d'eau qui provient des étages supérieurs au niveau de la salle de bains.

Je suis restée 10 jours je ne regrette pas c’était bien.
Pros:

Le confort incroyable des lits, les chambres spacieuses, la vue partiel sur la mer, la salle de bain très grande, le fait qu’il y ait deux armoires, le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Le lobby est super moche pour un W j’ai pas compris…. Et lorsqu’il y a eu beaucoup de monde qui est arrivé la salle du petit déjeuner était trop petite ils ont déplacé le breakfast dans une immense salle de conférence où de mariage je sais pas trop. Résultat: les trajets buffets vers la table étaient trop longs, plus de service à table et ambiance impersonnelle
