Pros:

Temizliği genel itibariyle ortalama. Konumu merkezi ama yeni yerleşim ve popüler lokasyonlara uzak.

Cons:

Erken check-out yapmam gerektiği için başvuruda bulundum ve gerekçesini de mesajda ilettim. Mesajıma cevap dahi vermeden isteğimi reddettiler. Resepsiyonla görüştüm hiç bir çözüm yolu üretmediler.

Amazing feeling of being home and looked after
Pros:

Loved everything about the W Doha. The team was so lovely and Ismail, at the reception, accomodated my check-in which was absolutely wonderful. The room was big and clean. All the staff was lovely and looking after me. Thank you for this amazing customer experience.

Pros:

Heel goed ontbijt met extreem veel (kwalitatieve) opties. Fijne locatie dichtbij de mall. Service gericht personeel. Er was vrij snel zorg beschikbaar via het hotel voor ons zoontje die ziek was geworden.

Cons:

Het zwembad was klein en lag voornamelijk in de schaduw. Ook hadden wij een kleine ‘kids corner’ wel gewaardeerd (maar we zijn bewust dat het niet per se een familie hotel is).

Pros:

Nice hotel, nice service, they changed the room as requested. Very clean, nice rooms, beautiful views. Breakfast staff were really nice and polite, especially Sony that served us some of the days.
