Everything was nice
Beds were excellent, very clean everywhere.
Coffee maker was down for a day.
The hotel was in a good location in a nice, safe-feeling area, especially for the price. For around $100 a night, it was a good value for the part of town it was in. The room was nice, and overall, it was a comfortable place to stay for the money.
The breakfast could definitely have been better, as there wasn’t much to be excited about. The beds were also a little worn and not as comfortable as they could have been. Updating the mattresses and improving the breakfast options would make the stay even better.

One issue was the sheets on the bed with an incorrect fit that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable
Breakfast was good, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, no head support and worn out. The decaf coffee wasn't working in the cafeteria, and the canisters were not labeled regular or decaf.
The place was so nice and clean and the suite was huge for a good price. It was a delight to stay there.
Would have liked bacon for breakfast
Staff was great. When checking in I noticed they were hosting teams for a youth hockey tournament in town. I mentioned I was concerned about possible noise in the hotel. Staff found me a great room and I didn't hear a thing! Actually one of the quietest hotel rooms that I have stayed in.
Location. There is a real nice restaurant/bar right next door you can walk to.
The young man at the front desk wasn't very helpful. I asked for a ground floor room and he said since I booked it on line he couldn't change it because it would mess everything up. I asked him what time breakfast was and he told me the wrong time and we missed it. The next day I realized that all the staff had matching hotel shirts and the kid from our check in was not in a hotel uniform.....which leads me to think he was filling in for someone.
So clean and well taken care of. Large suite. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
The only problem was that there is a huge step in the pool from the shallow section to the deep part and we stubbed our toes on it. It’s quite a drop down and there is no warning. Someone could potentially injure themselves. There should be a sign indicating this or they should have a ramp rather than a dangerous step.
