The staff were all friendly. The hotel was clean.
The slide was out of order.

The location
No volume adjust for television. Remote needed upgrade and could not be fixed. Upstairs staffing above my room was constant thunderous footsteps til 4am.
After unplugging direct TV the TV continued to flash a huge digital clock all night.
Horrible sleep.

My reservation for booking supposedly didn’t show up in the system when I was checking in. Even though I had a confirmation number and a receipt of payment. My card was then charged by the front desk for another $100 dollars which I have yet to get back days later. The room lights by the bed didn’t work or turn on at all. The smoke detector beeped all night long could not sleep cause of it and left early.
