מלון יפה ,נקי וחדש.קיבלנו חדר גדול ,מעוצב יפה .במלון 4 מסעדות,טרקלין .היינו רק לילה אחד,כך שלא הספקנו להינות מכל מה שיש למלון להציע.

קיבלנו חדר בקומה 2 עם נוף לחלונות של בניין ממול מהחלון וזה היה מבאס,במיוחד כי ציינתי בהזמנה שאני חברת מועדון של Radisson וציפיתי שנקבל חדר עם נוף פתוח יותר.
חניה יקרה 138 ליי ליממה.
שימוש בברכות בתשלום נוסף.בהתחשב בעלות החדר,הייתי מצפה שבריכות יהיו כלולות במחיר

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מגוונת ומצויינת וכך גם צוות היה חדר האוכל- נחמד ושירותי מאוד

1. מחיר יקר מידי לשירות
2. ילדה בת 5 ישנה במיטה עם הוריה
3. הדלת היתה קשה לפתיחה מהחלק הפנימי של החדר

באופן כללי כל דבר עולה כסף וזה מוגזם מאוד. כניסה לבריכה, כובע לבריכה, הלנת ילדה בחדר, לצערי לא מותאם לילדים.

אהבנו את צוות העובדים, הם היו אדיבים.

הבריכה החיצונית כרוכה בתשלום נוסף.

בנוסף, לאחר ששילמנו ונכנסנו, היינו בבריכה כ־10 דקות בלבד לפני שהתחיל לרדת גשם. למרות שלא יכולנו להמשיך להשתמש בבריכה, לא הוצע לנו כל פיצוי או החזר.

Great location, Hardworking Staff, but Atmosphere Lacks a 5-Star Feel

The location and the staff. Marius the recepționist was super kind and accommodating as well as the lounge staff. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I want to give immense praise to the hotel staff, who remained extraordinarily professional, patient, and respectful throughout our stay despite frequently dealing with challenging and disruptive guest behavior. The atmosphere in the common areas can get quite loud and intense, the way staff are being addressed in the restaurants or bar, and the general use of common spaces may not suit travelers looking for a quiet or relaxing retreat.
On a facility note, charging an additional booking fee to access the pool felt out of touch for a property marketed as a 5-star luxury experience. Pool access should naturally be included in the stay.

Bukareszt trzeba zobaczyć. I w dzień i w nocy. Ale następny pobyt na pewno nie w Radisson.

Cons:

Hotel dysponuje tylko malutkim basenem zewnętrznym. Naszym celem było zwiedzanie, więc z basenu korzystaliśmy tylko wieczorem. Mieliśmy ze sobą siedmioletnie dziecko. Na basenie bardzo niemiły pan z obsługi przychodził i zabierał dziecku pływające hantle "bo nie są z tego basenu". Mimo, że nikt ich nie używał, dziecko musiało natychmiast oddać. Obok hotelu znajduje się większy basen za dopłatą, ale trzeba wykupić cały dzień. Nawet jeśli chce się z niego skorzystać 2 godziny wieczorem. W kawiarni Mohito to tylko woda z lodem i miętą (bez cukru, bez słomki i chyba bez alkoholu). Aperol Spritz bardzo podobnie. Słaba jakość, małe ilości i ogromna cena. Do hotelu trzeba przyciągnąć walizki z sąsiedniej ulicy, bo w weekend droga do hotelu jest zamknięta. Chcieliśmy zamówić taxi z hotelu - odmówiono nam bo "droga zamknięta" Ogólnie... hotel miejski dla niewymagających a w weekendy bez bagażu. Najlepiej tylko do przenocowania.
