Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in.

⭐ 0/10 – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and appeared to have no interest in providing decent customer service.

During our stay, aftershave and creams were taken from our room, and the full-size bathroom products were replaced with tiny bottles. This left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the security of our belongings. The cleaners were completely unprofessional, and I strongly suspect theft occurred during our stay.

The room itself was in a terrible condition. The bed was not changed properly, was poorly made, and cleanliness throughout the room was unacceptable. Floors were dirty, surfaces were not cleaned correctly, and housekeeping standards were extremely poor. We stayed for three days and the situation never improved.

The restaurant and room service were equally disappointing. We were charged an outrageous £178 for two steaks through room service, which was completely unreasonable for the quality provided. The waiting staff were also incredibly rude. When I politely asked if I could order a spaghetti bolognese, I was simply told to go to the bar and look at the menu myself. The attitude from the servers was dismissive and unprofessional.

Every aspect of this hotel was disappointing – from the cleanliness and housekeeping to the restaurant service and overall staff attitude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again.

Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, honesty, customer service, and good value for money.

Pros:

Besuche das Hotel schon seit Jahren, Personal recht gut, Ausstattung auch sehr gut!

Cons:

Pool ist selbst für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig!!! Das wurde dieses Jahr neu eingeführt und sehr enttäuschend!!!
30 Euro pro Person und Tag ist für Hotelgäste eine Frechheit!!!
