Cons:

Wir hatten neun verschiedene Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise durch Rumänien. Bei allen Buchungen hätte ich drei Personen angegeben und überall hatten wir ausreichend Schlafplätze. Das Radisson in Bukarest war die einzige Unterkunft, bei der wir zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten. Erst beim Check-In wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer für drei Personen zu klein ist und man hat uns für 300,- Euro Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer angeboten. Das habe ich abgelehnt. Anstatt mir im Vorfeld ständig sinnlose "wir freuen uns auf Sie"-E-Mails zukommen zu lassen, hätten sie einfach mal das Schlafplatz-Problem ansprechen können.

Mein Wunsch nach einem dritten Handtuch und einer zweiten Bettdecke wurde zweimal ignoriert. Erst im dritten Anlauf hat man sich widerwillig bequemt, unserem Wunsch nachzukommen.

Auf meine Bitte, frankierte Postkarten zu versenden bekam ich zur Antwort: "We don't offer this Service".
Jede einfache Dorfpension und alle 2, 3 oder 4-Sterne Hotels weltweit sind da sehr viel entgegenkommender.

Der Haltegriff an der Badewanne war so locker und wackelig, dass ich Angst hatte ihn zu benutzen.

הקזינו לא משו בכלל האוירה והשירות לא באמה בכלל
לא ניתן לקנות שתיה
ולא מציעים למי שמשחק רק במכונות..

מלון מצויין. צוות הקזינו מגעיל

מלון ברמה גבוהה נקי מאד חדרים נוחים מיטות נהדרות.
זרם מים חלש
סליחה על הציון הנמוך אבל זה רק בגלל הצוות בקזינו

Cons:

צוות הקזינו ששייך למלון אנשים לא נעימים בכלל, מתנהגים בשחצנות ויהירות והם חסרי כבוד לחלוטין!
כל הזמן מעירים על כל דבר ולא עונים יפה ובסבלנות (למעט בודדים). גם הנשימות שלנו מפריעות להם
אם לא הישראלים הם היו יכולים לסגור את הקזינו ובכל זאת הם מתנהגים מגעיל
שיש משחק של בית"ר אז יש מלא ישראלים ואז פתאום מעלים את המינימום למרות שבסוף שבוע שלפני לא היה שינוי במינימום.
