Once again, we were very satisfied
Pros:

We stayed in a standard room this time, and we liked it very much as well. It was spacious, clean, and modernly decorated. We had a restful sleep, and the room temperature was very comfortable. We also appreciated the minibar items offered complimentary by the hotel.
We truly appreciate that the staff recognize us as returning guests. When we arrived, the lady from the lounge called our room to ask if everything was alright. She recognized us and treated us very warmly. We value this kind of attention, as it shows that the hotel appreciates its loyal guests.
Breakfast was served at the Dacia Felix restaurant, and we were very pleased. The products were fresh and high quality, and they were constantly replenished whenever something ran out.
We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Nice enough, but certainly not the best
Pros:

Nice property with lots of dining options, convenient location.

Cons:

My key card stopped working every single time I left the room and I had to keep asking reception to reactivate it. My door didn’t actually lock and the room wasn’t the cleanest - hair in the bathroom etc. Not what I would consider great for this level of hotel.

Not recommended
Pros:

After I complained and said the hotel was depressing, they moved me to a mini-suite in a building next to the reception. Then it was very nice in the room. We also used the Radisson Hotel's dining room and the swimming pool. And it was nice. The receptionist was very nice and helped me a lot.

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and I wasn't informed in advance, I might have changed. That alone is strangely and unpleasantly built.... There are several buildings and the path between them is a long, winding, dark, windowless and really depressing.
