Friendliness of the staff
Hotel was nice and clean and had a good breakfast
The hotel is located near I75 has to much highway traffic noise hard to get to sleep

Overall all was fine. Could have been a bit cleaner....
When I first checked in I was given a room on the 5th floor. Obviously, I should have gone to the room first. However, after getting my things out of the car and heading up to the room, to my surprise there was someone in the room who was also surprised!!! Of course, they quickly reassigned me to another room on the 2nd floor. Hoping this was just a fluke, I really tried to put it behind me. The next morning, I ran into the same guy at the breakfast as he was telling to story to someone else...... only to go on and explain that I was not the only one, someone else had also been assigned that room. He said the staff went on to ask if he was sure he was in the correct room. Apparently, all of our keys fit the door to that room. Just embarrassing and does make one question, if someone could just as easily walk in on me!
Nice location, and only booked this room for a washer and dryer while we were traveling.
It was the most run down comfort inn & suites I’ve ever been to. Our room smelled like mildew and there was mold on the bathroom vent.
The night shift lady at the front desk, we will call her Methany. I took her two $5 bills. Bought two things of laundry detergent($2 each for the tiniest packs) she gave me $6 back in quarters. No big deal, right?? She then charged my card for the $4. So I paid $8 for two small bags of detergent, and she gave me the run around about how she did it all online. Made no sense whatsoever because it was a CASH TRANSACTION. Super sketchy and I’d watch it if you are staying here. 🤷🏻♀️

Very dirty, drain clogged,
I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the overall experience was enjoyable.
The only downside was the air conditioning. It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature because the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted properly. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations, and I would consider staying here again.
