Fabulous, great service and relaxing environment. Also liked being able to walk along the coast.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly on arrival, very warm and helpful. I was able to print documents I needed for work purposes very easily. The pool was lovely, I enjoyed an early morning swim; breakfast was in a tranquil spot overlooking the sea/pool/gardend and the quality/ramge of options was excellent. Again, great staff and a range of coffees 'real Spanish options' like cafe con leche; 'bonbon' etc... plus all the plant nut milks. The sauna was great and therapy pool. I was welcomed to use the facilaities until my 10pm flight, and shower etc, which was great.

Cons:

Only difficulty is street parking; or 20euro fee but I did luckily always amanage to squeeze into a spot...

Posizione ottima , personale gentilissimo, colazione molto buona , forse poco varia. palestra e spa ok. la camera bella e pulita,il letto comodo.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di non avere il set completo per il bagno, solo bagnoschiuma e shampoo con una saponetta piccolissima per le mani e un bicchiere, per un 4 stelle poco.

Very good place to stay in Ibiza town - close to everything
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel.
Staff were helpful and welcoming, beds were very good.

Notes:
- as advised by others, get a room facing the sea - the road in front of the hotel is busy and those moppets are noise and non stop going around.
- the breakfast is very expensive, we skiped that because there are plenty (not kidding!) plenty of places to go for a nice coffee and breaky in the morning at short distance (a croissant and a nice coffee for just about 4.50 (euros) - the hotel charging £10 would be more than enough in my opinion but I belive they were asking about 23 euros per person per day.

Cons:

Breakfast price - absurd 23 euros (or there abouts) per person per day.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, petit-déjeuner très varié, personnel professionnel, emplacement idéal pour se balader au bord de la mer et aller à Dalt Vila seulement à 10 minutes et quelques 50 marches.

Cons:

Les petits accessoires habituels dans la salle de bain. Fallait aller les demander à la réception. Plafond de la salle de bain très très vétuste et mérite un coup de nouveau.

Beauté et propreté de l établissement. Le petit déjeuner, piscine, transats et service de boissons à la piscine . Personnel agréable et poli. Bien situé.

Cons:

Les bracelets qui ouvre les portes ne fonctionnent pas toujours très bien

Pros:

We liked everything!

Cons:

It was quite noisy in the room, as noise travels and our neighbours had a speaker on the balcony. The fridge didn't work and the kettle was weird - it would come in intermitently not when I switched the kettle on! X

Relaxed, very easy and location was really nice.
Pros:

Location, relaxed and very chilled atmosphere. Breakfast was superb and the staff were all fantastic. The pool are is very nice and very well run. The views are beautiful and easy to walk into old town with views on route. Lots of nice places for coffee, lunch and dinner. Easy for boat trips.

Nice hotel but ...
Pros:

The location and the staff. Hotel was clean and nice.

Cons:

The mattresses on the bed were not good. Had a back ache the whole stay. No air conditioning in the off season even though rooms were warm. Thankfully could open windows. Indoor pool is basically a kids pool can't swim in it.
