Pros:

Un véritable coup de cœur pour ce palace. Dès l’arrivée, on ressent immédiatement l’élégance et le raffinement du lieu. L’hôtel réussit merveilleusement à marier la modernité avec l’âme orientale de Marrakech. Chaque espace semble pensé comme une œuvre, et la galerie d’art présente dans l’établissement transforme presque l’hôtel lui-même en véritable galerie.
Nous avons également eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés et de profiter d’une suite exclusive au lieu de la suite junior prévue initialement — qui était déjà très belle. La suite était superbe, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’un grand confort.
Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière : une gentillesse remarquable, une grande bienveillance et une présence attentive tout en restant discrète. On se sent réellement accueilli et pris en charge avec élégance.
La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Le spa est magnifique et j’ai eu la chance d’y faire un soin du visage absolument exceptionnel, réalisé avec beaucoup de délicatesse et d’attention.
C’était notre première fois à Marrakech, et cette expérience à l’Es Saadi Palace y est pour beaucoup dans notre envie de revenir. Et une chose est certaine : si nous revenons, ce sera ici.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in beautiful setting. We stayed in a Ksar which was perfect for a family of 4 with teenagers. Lots of privacy and space to relax. Breakfast can be delivered to your room but I would definitely recommend going to the restaurant to experience the wonderful Moroccan/French breakfast buffet. Concierge was really helpful with booking trips and restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Service from housekeeping/room service could be improved.

The warmth and kindness of everyone at the property was extraordinary
Pros:

The property itself is stunning, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows menu makes you want to stay all day in. This time around I haven't had the time to try the pool or the spa but they both seemed perfect.

Tyvärr så blev jag besviken på hotellet och har svårt att se något bra tyvärr

Cons:

Mina förväntningar på ett 5 stjärningt hotell höll EJ, vi bodde 3 nätter varav 1 natt var som förväntat. Sedan startade en koncert intill hotellet som höll mig vaken de 2 nästkommande nätterna fram till 01:00 AM. Andra natten ringde jag reception men " de kunde inget göra"., så jag fick försöka sova med öronproppar :-( . Inför natt nummer 3 så begärda jag nytt rum långt ifrån konserten. Det nya rummet var bra till att börja med men efter kl. 19:00 så kommer det in cigarettrök i mitt rum från korridoren ?? Försöker att stänga mellandörrar men det hjöälper inte, efter kontakt med receptionen så får jag ytterligare ett nytt rum vilket blir mycket bättre! Sedan är det slutgiltiga att sista frukosten så sitter ett gäng när jag kommer ner till frukosten och röker cigaretter helt oberörda. Detta förstörde min sista frukost. Så summering: byte 2 ggr av rummet samt rökfrukost så kan jag inte ge hotellet ok, samt INGEN compensation vid checkut!!
