Top Lage und schöner Pool

Cons:

Servicelevel absolut nicht auf Niveau. Lange Wartezeiten für Getränke. Mehrfach Zeile der Bestellung beim Frühstück vergessen und dann zum Abschluss noch eine Barrechnung von vor meinem Aufenthaltszeitraum, welche meinem Zimmer zugeordnet wurde. Service entspricht eher 1-Sterne Niveau.

A royal welcome at the Es Saadi Palace in Marrakech
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and other well known premium hotels. Still it is only 5 minutes walking from the city walls and 15 minutes from the Koutoubia mosque and the medina. The grounds are vast and the pool area is beautiful with heated pools inside and outside. The garden is full of orange trees which were full of fruit this time of the year so it was nice to have lots of freshly pressed orange juice during breakfast. Our executive room was huge, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. But what made it more special was the warm service from all the staff, starting with the bell man, to the reception, the concierge who was super helpful, and the restaurant and spa staff.

Cons:

The Spa facilities are beautiful and the saunas and many choices of hammams are great. However, the jets in the pool were very moody. Sometimes they work sometimes not. For such an establishment, the staff should be on it asap and not accept that this does not work. Also, there should be a rack with fresh towels and bin to place the used ones.

100% would recommend this fantastic place!
Pros:

The room was huge and luxurious (as was the comfortable bed). We traveled with our adult children and had an adjoining room which made our stay so much better. Both groups had large rooms with comfortable seating areas. Breakfast was grand and there were many options to choose from for varied breakfast desires. The spa was divine.

Cons:

I wish there had been more vegetarian food options (for dinner/lunch) as this was quite limiting for our family. And I wish morning coffee came faster. It was often brought to the table (ordered upon entrance at breakfast) just as we were finishing our meal.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuners est copieux avec d'excellents produits et pas de problème pour avoir de la place pour le petit-déjeuners.
Le personnel est très compétent et très agréable

Cons:

Si on veut chercher la petite bête, il manque peut-être des fruits et des douceurs chaque jour dans la chambre.
