Good stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, with a great location about a 25 min walk from the main square. The staff were particularly excellent - extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Compared to other 5* hotels we’ve stayed in, we felt this hotel was over priced. The TV in the rooms is quite small, and I felt the room didn’t reflect the pictures online - online it showed open fireplaces and a much more spacious area, whereas our room had a small seating area with a sofa. The bed was also 2 single beds pushed together - although there was a mattress topper connecting them, it’s still quite uncomfortable and not what we’d expect when booking a double room. It was also our honeymoon so not ideal.

There was also no iron in the room, and we had to call reception who offered us a steamer - this took much longer than an iron would have done which meant we were rushing to get ready.

Breakfast options were good, and the food was delicious, however we had to ask for the egg station to be opened on 2 mornings as there were no staff manning it (despite breakfast being open) which was a hassle.

Overall, a good stay but not value for money - we’d expect more.

A calm oasis in the centre of a bustling city.
Pros:

The rooms were really spacious, beautifully done up and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to unpack which is often overlooked. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was well laid out. The breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful pool and gardens and the tortoise family were regularly entertaining.

Cons:

We ordered room service and left the tray outside our door, it was still there two days later until we asked to have it removed. We asked for our children to be close to us, there were on the same side of the hotel but not close at all. Their room smelled of sewage.

Great medium size Hotel for a comfortable palce

Very pleasent place.

Cons:

Bathroom in our room didnt have any natural light and ventilation was poor. But minor detail really.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, de belles prestations, avec une équipe aux petits soins, une très belle piscine et un jardin qui fait la différence ! Les soins au Spa sont top ! Idéal pour décompresser !

Cons:

Emplacement moins central que certains Riad, mais il reste à seulement 20 minutes à pieds du centre et du souk, mais idéal pour être au calme.

Perfect except for the location at the far south corner of the Medina not ideal.
Pros:

Staff wonderful and helpful, restaurant excellent, two terraces off my room were a delight.

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, the space is a calm oasis and felt like home. The food was wonderful, and they have resident cats.
