The bathroom was a little dated in facilities.
The pool and gardens were a beautiful oasis. The breakfast options were amazing! Room was clean and comfortable with very good quality air conditioning, which was very needed in the summer heat. Location was quiet but still within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Gym facilities were good and the dinner we enjoyed there was really amazing. The staff were always so friendly and professional. We also had a lovely welcome, with delicious Moroccan treats, some refreshing cool drinks and flower petals in our room to celebrate our honeymoon.
Only suggestion would be to supply some water in the gym area and maybe a fan, as working out in this area was pretty hot. But in saying that it was such a beautiful spot to exercise looking out over the garden.

Un plauso speciale va alla cucina: si mangia benissimo! Ogni piatto è stato una delizia, con materie prime di ottima qualità.
A fare la vera differenza, però, è stato il personale: sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con un garbo e una professionalità rari. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo minuto.
Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel per un soggiorno totalmente immersivo in questa bellissima città.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens to relax it, especially by the pool which is big enough to swim in. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk through the medina to the main square. An oasis of calm from the noise and hustle of Marrakech.
Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice and lovely to eat lunch or dinner in the shade of the garden.
Rooms have every amenity.

Fantastic simply the best - so glad we stayed at the hotel / staff fantastic… location perfect, room was stunning…
Great value for money. Service and staff were very friendly. Beds were comfy and water pressure good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a good spread. Good location as well - on the edge of the Kasbah and walkable to centre without being very busy and chaotic.
Most of the gym equipment wasn’t working but ergo was working and there’s a dumbbell and bench.
Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Check in process was very poor.
