Classical quality.
Pros:

Felt like the epitome of 1920’s luxury. Beautiful tasteful decor, the staff are so attentive without being pretentious or overbearing. The food is Michelin quality.

Le service, le personnel, la piscine, le smoothie offert à 16 h au bord de la piscine, carte différente pour chaque moment de la journée, les animaux (tortues, oiseaux, chat), la salle de sport, le spa et hammam (thérapeutes incroyables).

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakech
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Les Jardins de la Médina. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and full of charm, and the pool and gardens are the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech.

What truly made our stay special, however, was the team. From the Front Office to the restaurant, Housekeeping and everyone working behind the scenes, we were always welcomed with genuine smiles, kindness and outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

A special mention to the Front Office team, who were always available to help us with information, recommendations and anything we needed. You are the first impression of the hotel, and you represent it wonderfully.

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome.

Séjour réussi mais un peu gâché par la cuisine très décevante
Pros:

C’est la 4e fois que je viens , j’apprécie le cadre ravissant avec son jardin magnifique , la belle piscine , le personnel d’une grande gentillesse du personnel , et en particulier Zouair Amane du restaurant et Khadija la masseuse adorable du SPA

Cons:

J’ai trouvé que la nourriture au bord de piscine et la qualité des plats au restaurant avait beaucoup baissé par rapport à ce que j’ai connu qui était délicieux .
Le Club sandwich était immangeable , pain brûlé et rassis , dedans des restes de bout de fromage avec des bouts de laitue . Je l’ai donc rapporté au serveur qui ne me l’a pas fait payé . Quant au couscous de la mer , c’est une montagne de semoule avec plein de champignons ! on cherche le poisson , 2 crevettes et 2 bouts de calamar immangeables.

Cons:

Burde vært regler for å spise ved bassenget. Var en familie som fikk levert mat fra Mc Donalds som de spiste på solsengene. Både barna og de voksne gikk også rett ut i bassenget etterpå uten å først ha vasket hendene. Så lenge hotellet serverer mat med egne sitteplasser i restauranten ute, burde det ikke vært lov å spise på solsengene, uhygienisk. Personalet sa ingenting på dette selv om vi gjorde dem oppmerksom på disse gjestene.

El sifon Ducha estaba tapada y se formaba una piscina cada vez que nos bañamos, y que super temprano 7 am e la mañana limpiaba los corredores en una forma muy ruidosa y no nos permitieron dormir mas
