The walls are very thin, but its okay for a short stay. Staff are friendly
Very clean rooms, healthy breakfast and very kind staff
The property was newly refurbished ,much better than the previous building. All materials were of good quality ..staff were helpful.
Spotlessly clean room. All staff especially check-in receptionist friendly and helpful.
The stay was alright. I only didn’t like the shower because that was too small.
The staff there are amazing and I found it very decent for the price. The breakfast is very good, although the options are not that much. However it’s a really good value for money. Plus the location is very good, about 3-5 mins walk from the Elizabeth line which connects you to Central London. I loved my stay and would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was great, the rooms were beautiful!
Mediocre
The property itself was nice but there was very limited parking, a musty smell from the drains in the bathroom and also there was a £100 holding deposit charge that was not mentioned when booking which was a bit of a shock
Excellent property
Olga was so amazing! She made everything great!
The room stank and was grubby, threadbare carpets, rubbish overflowing in the street, nowhere to park and staff no help couldn't even suggest where we could pay to pay Do not recommend
Very clean and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and train station. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room was great. Good breakfast also
Getting the room for 60 pounds with breakfast is good deal but two days before my trip up to 120 pounds the Saturday premium would not of been good ok plenty of choice for breakfast
Room was small but expected it to be .. sliding door on bathroom means not private.
Hair clip by bed and dust and fluff by bedside cabinet so appeared clean in main areas but missed areas
Noise from other rooms loud
Breakfast is a no no .. yogurts not kept chilled week out of date ..
Not full English but a take on it not served very hot. Rock hard stale croissants and a flask of ready made tea stewed at 6am
Did report .. staff seemed happy to try and help but these things should not happen in first place.
Even though I had paid in full and all hotel details were on my phone, staff needed ID, which I didn't have. Humiliating and degrading. The single room was a walk away in a different building from the hotel. The room was so small it could only fit a very small wardrobe and single bed. There was no duvet/sheets/blankets, so I slept with the heating on full, in the clothes I'd worn all day. I was exhausted from my trip and the earlier incident, it was pouring with rain and I didn't have the energy to walk back to the hotel to get bedding. This was a cheap hotel but I can't even say 'you get what you pay for' because it was missing the basics. When booking, this was the only hotel with availability in the area, for the date needed. On the whole, the staff were friendly but unfortunately this didn't make up for the 'experience'
Super friendly staff and a realy nice clean hotel
My room was spotless
Great comfy bed and a super clean shower room with WC and washbasin
Room was very cramped and felt claustrophobic. Did complain regarding the water, it was boiling hot, but they weren’t bothered
Clean room and friendly staff.
My flight had delayed many hours, my friend whom i was meeting me there got there before me. They would not let her in the room, she had to sit in the waiting area until i got there almost 5 pm in the evening.she got there before 11am. I know that there checking in time is 2pm. Even after that they refused to let her in. when i got there they demanded a debit card for payment of one hundred pounds deposit. I didn't have a debit card i offered to pay the deposit with my credit card they refused. I try paying them 100 pounds in cash they refused it. The manager their was very mean and yelled at the staff when she try talking to him about the matter concerning my paying this deposit that they were requesting. The manager was only willing to accept my credit card payment after i had called Expedia concerning this matter. only after Expedia had to call the Best Western then and only then he spoke to me directly about the possibility of me having to pay with my credit card. I would never stay there again neither would i recommend it to anyone. I chose the place because it was close to the event i was attending. I truly regret booking and staying at that hotel. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVEN LOOK AT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL TO STAY WHEN I AM TRAVELING.
