Kind and attentive staff. Updates to the rooms are needed.

Under remodel and crap everywhere. Unfinished and very poorly done remodel, which was incomplete in our room.

Staff friendly, helpful, fast to assist. Breakfast nice but run out of hot foods close to shutdown. Clean room, just dirty furniture. Still in the renovation process at the moment but overall comfortable, quiet stay.

Room was clean but motel was not very clean

High quality staff! Very helpful and quick check in. Lots to do in the area and many Restaurants. Renovations were under way while I was there but of no consequence to guests. Should be even better in a couple months when they are finished.

It was a nice hotel pool and hot tub are a plus. The updates that they are doing look great.

Filthy bathroom toilet runs sticky floor. Bed like sleeping on a rock. No security latch on door
Went home early just to shower we wanted out so bad didnt have the nerve to use their shower. After a nights stay we were exhausted

Easy to get to and close to eating and shopping.

This property is under renovation so that was inconvenient. We did stay in a renovated room which was clean. The staff was friendly.

Ver good hotel. Itt is in the middle of remodeling. The service and staff were good. We booked at last minute.

Property was going through major renovations and I was unaware of this when I made reservations. We had a stored dresser in our room that I know wasn’t supposed to be there because it was covered with tape. I just feel this should have been noted somewhere

Staff were wonderful! They made our stay easy going and when we had to extend our stay they were helpful with adjusting our room so we didn't have to move to far from our original room.

Old TV's,had to move rooms to have one where both tv's worked. Hotel was under construction with remodeling, elevators not cleaned daily during work. Exterior of building in poor condition.

The hotel is being renovated, but we felt very welcomed. Our room was perfect. The staff member bent over backwards to make sure of this, telling us to let her know if we needed a different room. Would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone!

Within walking distance of race track

The rooms lack consistency. The quality of appearance is not the same. When work is completed no one is inspecting their work.

Great budget place to stay. It was undergoing renovations, and did look like it could use that in places, as some things were a bit run down and outdated, but the our rooms were clean and comfortable, and seemed just fine. The staff was especially sweet and helpful.

We had to move rooms 2 times due to the conditions, strong odor in the first room & the bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the entire room. They moved us to the 3rd floor which was a total disaster and completely unsafe. We had small children with us so we couldn’t let them walk in the hallways. All of the lights were just dangling from electrical cords. Construction supplies and trash littered the hallways. I had to step over boxes to get to our room.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Some wear to the facility but they are doing a remodel now. Mattresses were firm for our tastes. Location is very convenient to Ledgends Outlet, Kansas Speedway and other shopping options. About 10-15 minute drive to downtown, 30 minute drive to Worlds of Fun.I would recomend and would stay here again.

Didn’t realize it was undergoing extreme renovations. Paid over $200 to have a dirty bathroom and halls were a mess.
