Pros:

Location was great for us. A lot of shops and restaurants close by/walking distance even. The rooms were spacious and clean. Sports stadiums were in eyesight of the rooms also.

Cons:

They were renovating when we stayed there so it was a lot of workers and furniture around everywhere.

Horrible service and incompetent staff whoever was working Thursday morning at 6:45an CST!
Pros:

I never stayed I called and canceled my reservation and the hotel staff totally ignored my request and marked me as a no show and changed me for the entire stay. Booking.com calked and sent emails and to this very day there has been no response. I’m filing a complaint for the fraudulent charges

The hotel staff is totally incompetent how could they just ignore my request to cancel and charge me for the entire stay!

Se nota que lo están renovando. Cuando terminen va a estar más lindo. La habitación que nos tocó estaba renovada pero la alfombra de entrada se notaba vieja y sucia. Y había muchos sectores que estaban en obra

Please improve the mobility use of the bathroom.
Pros:

The location was great. Access to the interstate was easy and it was clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

The tub was too high and it was very slippery. The bars were too low for showering and there was not a seat to use inside the shower. There was only one tiny bar of soap. There were plenty of towels.
