Good place to stay in Pooler.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Price was good for the area. The coffee was excellent and available for free all day. Wi-fi was fast and signal was strong both in the room and in the lobby.

Cons:

For its size, the room should have had a table and two chairs. Room had no ceiling lights. Room walls had minor damage on the protruding corner. Bathroom had no ventilation fan. Breakfast spread was meager.

The bathroom needed repair! water was dripping in the tub when we arrived and due to that the tub was slippery!! I had and unexpected slip and fall! They asked my husband if we need an Ambulance, fortunately I didn't hit my head, but my side was very sore and bruised for several weeks after. the day after the incident I spoke to the manager, her question to me was did you put a towel down in the shower, because that is protocol here. I'm like who ever heard of putting a towel down in the shower!!! To fine out several weeks later when I followed up on my incident, that was not the protocol (putting a towel in the shower).

Good value for a really nice room.
Pros:

Large rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The TV was difficult to use. The buffet breakfast was just OK. Aircraft noise might be an issue during the day.

Overall, acceptable. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were very good.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been extended to 9:30 like most other hotels. 9:00am cutoff is too early. No coffee in the rooms and the coffee in the lobby at night was lukewarm at best. Navigating TV was totally confusing.

Scammers at the check-in desk.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable even though I was supposed to have two queen beds.But only had one.

The main thing I did not like is the fact that they charged my credit card for my sister's room. The lady of the desk took my card and charge me for my room and checked me in. Then she checked my sister in and pretended to charge her for her room. But charge me for both while leading us to believe that she was charging each one of us separately. I am extremely upset how about that. I am on a very fixed income and I plan my spending carefully. I had no intentions or desire to pay for my sister's room. I want my money, put back on my card and charger her card for her own room.
