The staff were rude over the phone, they tried to charge my card before I checked in and I booked under pay at the property then they canceled my reservation and my booking was still active but they told me it wasn’t .

Everything in room except for non functioning TV and microwave.
The TV was pixilated and unable to watch important basketball game. Apparently not just nonfunctioning programing for the room but entire 4Th floor. The microwave door locked and unable to open to remove warm food.
The location from the interstate was the only good thing about this hotel!
We didn't arrive to the hotel until late at night, since we were traveling through to Florida. The woman at the front desk who helped us was in the back and was very rude and annoyed that we disturbed her to check in. She was very short with us and couldn't get rid of us fast enough. Once we checked the room, we were completely disgusted. The bathtub was leaking and completely rusted around the drain. This had to take a while for this type of rust to build up. The rugs and walls were very grimy, and the lampshades were cracked and moldy. There were a lot of stains on the curtains and the rugs. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom was bowed out of the wall, stretching the wallpaper and sticking out. We were too nervous to plug anything into the outlet and didn't want to touch it.
One of the two elevators was out of order, and the only ice machine was not functioning either. We ended up staying because it was the middle of the night, and we didn't want to have to try and find another place to go.
The next morning, we went down for the free continental breakfast at 8:45, which was being served until 9:30 am, and there was nothing left in the trays. The food in the trays was burnt and dried out. They did not stock any additional food because of the time and were told there were other options, including cereal and yogurt.
This was a horrible stay, and I will never stay in this hotel again!!! Is Booking.com able to help with getting a refund for this stay because of the conditions and staff?
All in all a decent hotel however dates. Could definitely use some updating, especially the bathroom….. cracked caulk around the tub and stained. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and they had no cups for the coffee! Seriously!!!
