Ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié : le personnel très agréable. La propreté de la chambre et le calme. La facilité depuis la gare à rejoindre l'hôtel. Proche du centre-ville.
La possibilité de laisser son sac, le jour d'arrivée avant la disponibilité de la chambre et le jour du départ, idem, possibilité de récupérer son sac, en fin d'après-midi.

La posizione è sicuramente centralissima. Comodo quindi per girare a piedi il centro

Cons:

La nostra camera era molto molto vecchia. Bagno senza finestra, letti con strutture decadenti e in diversi punti danneggiate. Tutto molto precario, e a rischio di rottura. Avevamo una camera matrimoniale con angolo cottura, davvero minimo, e divano letto per le bambine.
Però per dire eravamo in costante tensione perché era tutto molto messo male, abat jour già rotte, con il paralume tutto strappato.. e temevamo qualcosa si rompesse solo guardandolo. Ci hanno chiesto una cauzione di 150 euro con carta di credito, che poi ci hanno restituito a fine soggiorno, ma non ci hanno dato un elenco di oggetti né un riferimenti allo stato della stanza. E quando abbiamo visto che già la stanza presentava danni (per esempio le abat jour, o la struttura del divano letto rotta in più punti) ci siamo lamentate perché temevamo co avrebbero addebitato quei costi. Ma sono stati onesti invece! Vi consiglio quindi, in caso vi chiedano la cauzione di controllare assieme a loro la camera prima e dopo.

Très bon séjour, adresse à conserver si on vient à Grenoble
Pros:

Lit très confortable, aucun bruit extérieur malgré la situation en centre-ville, petit déjeuner très varié
Accueil poli et courtois, personnel de service au restaurant très accueillant

Hotel honesto, mas carece de qualidades

Gostei da localização,do café da manhã e do pessoal de serviço de quartos e limpeza

Cons:

Não gostei da ausência de funcionamento do ar condicionado, da falta de um antiderrapante na banheira ( muito escorregadio) e dos produtos da casa de banho , como sabonetes e shampoo. De baixa qualidade!
