Un séjour très agréable.

Ce qui était particulièrement agréable c’était le fait que la Clim soit déjà mise en route à mon arrivée dans la chambre, qui etait donc fraîche! Vraiment très contente de mon séjour! Merci également au personnel de chambres. Je suis arrivée dans une chambre impeccable niveau propreté, c’était vraiment très appréciable!
Un grand merci également aux réceptionnistes pour leur accueil!

Quand on vous accueille avec un petit problème qui prend des proportions démesurées et vous fait perdre un temps fou, avec ce sourire forcé qui, au final, semble totalement incapable de résoudre le problème, la note est, comme indiqué à l'époque, de 1, et même plus… après avoir vu la chambre, c'est vraiment le minimum. Un conseil : changez le Wi-Fi (il bloque complètement le téléphone, et j'en avais deux avec deux opérateurs de pays différents) et lavez les vitres de la chambre 406 ; sinon, si j'avais eu de quoi m'occuper, je l'aurais fait moi-même !

AGGIUNTA ALLA RISPOSTA:
petite erreur de ma part en me souvenant du numéro de la chambre, la 46, grosse erreur de votre part sur le type de réponse, mais cela ne me surprend pas, lors du prochain séjour je serai plus scrupuleux et exigeant. mon avis concerne votre hôtel, et de ce dont je me plains j'ai des photos, sincèrement vôtre ALBERTO ROSATI

Para un par de días y si vas solo a dormir está bien

La cama y el chico de la recepción de tarde.
La ubicación está bien

Cons:

La distribución de la habitación es terrible, la cantidad de horas que no hay recepción no me pare correcto, además que no entiendo para que ponen cafetera y no te dan ni una cápsula. Te intentan cobrar todo , la verdad que la habitación es pequeña y los electrodomésticos de la habitación funcionan mal.
