excellent experience at brix. wonderful helpful staff.
Pros:

staff were very friendly and a accommodating. the ability to check out late, 2pm, for free was a surprising bonus.

Cons:

quite a bit of noise from other customers. limited number of lifts.

Modern, stylish hotel, in a great POS location, and exceptional staff
Pros:

modern, stylish, squeaky-clean hotel. Very spacious bedroom, with beautiful outlook, comfortable bed and stylish bathroom.

Cons:

Noisy a/c, which I eventually had to turn off, because of it, but room remained cool, so no real issue.
The shower unit needs to come with instructions: it looks great but confusing how to get hot and cold to work.

Very nice, will definitely come again sometime
Pros:

The staff were amazing, everything was centralized and easy to find

Cons:

Only thing maybe was the shower had no endowment so water would accumulate regularly and easilynin the bathroom floor

Pros:

The rooms were lovely, nice pool and chill out area and good gym facilities

Cons:

It was quite a lot of money for what it was but it was on a par with other places in the Port of Spain so I guess all was relative. Drinks are expensive in the hotel!
