Upon arriving we were pleasantly greeted by Curtis the Bellman; who escorted us out of the car. Thanks to Moselle from the front desk for her friendly professionalism and making us feel at home while checking in. We noticed not enough towels in the room and upon messaging via the app we were pleased with the swift response both via the app and having the items delivered to our room. Receiving special birthday treatment for my mother was truly appreciated on both days and made the stay worth it! Having access to an ATM among the other amenities was very delightful. Breakfast was on point and the servers and other wait staff there at The Exchange Restaurant were very accommodating. The only major issues were the lighting in the room was a bit dim with just 4 lamps in the main room and the TV not being able to connect to our Samsung devices for Chromecast but thanks to Mario for his patience in assisting with getting my other device connected. Around 11:35am upon returning to our room to get ready for the 12pm checkout, none of our room keys worked but using the House Phone in the hall to call, we were swiftly met with help to re-enter our room. Checkout was simple thanks to Renesha and yes, we will return in the future by God's grace.

We booked the Brix as the Hilton, where we ususally go, wasn´t accepting bookings.
We were immediately impressed with the efficient reception, and the staff were great all through the hotel. We were particularly impressed with the bar attendants.
We enjoyed the Sugar High Lounge, and especially the Tommy´s beer!
The rooms are a good size, and practical.
Our stay was cozy and the staff was extra accommodating and friendly. Especially Moselle. Going above and beyond her role to ensure my wife’s and I stay was perfect.
It was a clean facility, the actual accommodations exceeded expectations.
The breakfast was average and could of been better, especially for the price. Some of the food was cold that was meant to be hot/warm. There were some presentation mishaps but overall average.

Our stay at the Brix Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and genuinely welcoming.
The food alone deserves its own spotlight, honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Every meal was flavorful, fresh, and memorable. Pair that with delicious coffee each morning, and it set the tone for perfect days.
The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering the kind of relaxation you actually hope for when booking a stay. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and inviting.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and more than happy to share recommendations for places to explore and eat. There’s a genuine warmth here that you don’t always find.
A very special thank you to Sudhaa, whose kindness and attention made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and it’s people like her who turn a great stay into an unforgettable one.

How modern and big it was.
Lack of welcome ness to utilise all facilities with a small baby.
This hotel is 10/10, the location is close to everything. The property is clean and very modern. The food at the restaurant is sooo goood, and the best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was very kind but Sudhaa was an absolute angel. She answered every question we had, she helped in ways beyond a front desk associate usually would. I will definitely be back!

Rooms were large. Nice views from rooftop.
The food and drinks are very expensive, expect to pay US prices. A burger will set you back 30US dollars with an additional 22% added in taxes to all food and drinks. My partner order salmon at the exchange restaurant. Which cost $32 US, a sides such as fries are not included so another $6. Total with the tax was $44 for the main (£32) I order Tofu which was 23$. All in all $69 for 2 dishes
The pool has no staff and if you want to order food and drinks you have to get dressed and go to the cafe to order. Food and drinks are very expensive even though there no service and have to order yourself. My salad took 45 minutes to arrive
The swimming pool is a lot smaller than appears in photographs
Taxi arranged via hotel on arrival cost $35. I managed to book my own return via the Allridi app which cost $10
