This is my fourth stay at the Brix and I love the experience. From the greeting at the door to front desk and room service, they make you feel at home. As someone who travels to Trinidad often I 10/10 recommend the Brix. The roof top restaurant is amazing from the views, to the service and food. I've never had a bad meal. Forever a customer.

This is my third stay at the brix , what I like most is how clean the resort is kept , the rooms are spacious and modern . The staff is very friendly and professional .

My stay at The BRIX, Autograph Collection in Port of Spain was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The food was excellent, with a great selection of delicious dishes, and the rooftop lounge was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful views and a relaxing ambiance.

I would highly recommend The BRIX to anyone visiting Trinidad, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying there again

The hotel is very beautiful. The room was a great size which had a mountain view which also overlooked the beautifully lit pool. (Btw, the pool was much bigger than it appeared in their photos.) The food was really good, ESPECIALLY breakfast. I loved the fact that they included the daily ever-changing local cuisine into the breakfast lineup. The staff was amazing. Every last one of them was friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Very classy, chic modern resort, centrally located across the road from Savannah Park. Ask for front facing room as back biew not attractive !

Amenities are great, well equipped gym and choice of good quality breakfast.

Rooms are large and airy, ours included a sofa.

Free shuttle bus to local hotspots

Staff friendly and helpful and any issues dealt with quickly.

I had a recent stay at the Brix to celebrate a birthday and I must say the service was amazing as usual. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was special and memorable. Special thanks to the front office manager for the upgraded room. The room was wonderful! Thank you to Keisha, Curtis (bellman), Sudhaa at check-in and Shanice the supervisor. I would also like to thank Antonio who was our server for dinner at the Exchange Restaurant who made the evening even more enjoyable. Always a pleasure staying here and I always recommend to family and friends.

My month-long stay at Brix Hotel exceeded every expectation. Business travel can often feel impersonal, but the entire team at Brix made this hotel feel like a home away from home.

A very special thank you to Paula from housekeeping, who kept my room absolutely spotless every single day. Her attention to detail, consistency, and pride in her work never went unnoticed. Walking into a perfectly prepared room after a long day at work was something I truly appreciated.

A big thank you as well to Mark, who drove us on the hotel shuttle. He was always punctual, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Every ride was pleasant, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable.

I’d also like to recognize Nathaniel, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with various requests or simply taking the time to chat, he always made me feel welcome. Our conversations about Trinidad, its culture, the local food scene, and India were genuinely enjoyable and gave me a much deeper appreciation of the country. It’s interactions like these that turn a great hotel stay into a memorable travel experience.

The front desk team also deserves special recognition. Whether it was an early morning request, a late-night question, or help coordinating transportation, they were always available with genuine smiles, efficiency, and a willingness to help. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire hotel experience.

The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but it’s the people who truly make Brix special. Every member of the staff I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Thank you, Brix Hotel, for making my stay such a memorable one. After spending a month here, it’s clear that the hotel’s greatest asset is its people. I leave with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a genuine appreciation for the warmth and hospitality shown by the entire team. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Trinidad and would recommend Brix Hotel without hesitation to both business and leisure travelers.

From the moment my husband and I arrived to The Brix and was greeted by Sudhaa after midnight, our stay was amazing ! Sudhaa was informative and kind and continued to be during the duration of our stay. The staff was attentive and friendly which was refreshing as customer service has gone down around the world. I would also like to note the manager in the office across from the check in desks, what is his name? Takes pride in his staff and making sure guests are happy. He also knew I needed towels without me asking! I can tell he sets a high standard for guest service and is hands on to role model what excellence service looks like .
