Great place for families.
Pros:

This is a safe and clean family run motel. We stay here when we visit family. Some rooms are older, but all are very clean.

Cons:

Newer bedding would be nice.

The best value in North America.
Pros:

Lovely family owned vintage hotel maintained in pristine condition. Grounds are fabulous with interesting sculptures, and a very clean outdoor pool. In many years of travel, I have never given any hotel higher than a 9 rating, until now. This inn was perfect, with a very comfortable, spacious, well furnished room at an economical price point. I highly recommend, and look forward to visiting Lockport again for another stay here.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that should be improved. The owner has thought of everything to provide a great experience.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable without being too expensive.
Pros:

The room was charming and lovely with substantial older furniture. The people went out of their way to be helpful including printing an email for me without charging. The price was low compared to what we received.

Cons:

The shower needed a new shower head but was adequate.

Pros:

We have stayed at this location many times through the years. We love it there. Family owned and operated. The property is beautiful, very nice ingrown pool. Rooms are homey and comfortable. The owners are great.
